商业银行参与P2P业务的方式及路径研究

【摘要】:2015年7月,国务院出台《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》,鼓励各行各业积极发展“互联网+”战略,助推中国经济转型升级。近年来,“互联网+传统行业”发展的如火如荼,其中,互联网金融尤为突出。随着传统金融机构互联网化战略步伐的加快,手机银行、网络银行、互联网理财、P2P网络贷款等业务逐步涌现。传统商业银行在发展互联网金融尤其是P2P网络贷款方面也逐步加速。本文通过对国内外P2P网络借贷相关文献的回顾,发现当前对于P2P网贷与传统银行业关系的研究,基本停留在P2P网贷对商业银行的影响阶段,而对于互联网金融尤其是P2P网贷发展日益壮大的背景下,商业银行如何应对仅仅提供方向性的指导,关于商业银行具体以何种方式参与P2P业务的研究不是很充分。因此,本文主要研究商业银行参与P2P网络借贷业务的方式及路径。首先,在分析P2P网络借贷发展现状的基础上,探寻商业银行参与P2P业务的理论基础与现实基础;其次,在梳理国内外商业银行参与P2P业务方式的基础上,对三种方式进行优劣分析,从而对不同类型商业银行参与P2P业务的方式提供建议。再次,从客户、业务和风控领域出发,分析商业银行参与P2P业务的可行路径。在对商业银行参与P2P业务进行规范分析的基础上,本文运用面板回归分析方法论证路径的可行性。限于银行系P2P平台运营数量少、运营时间短、数据不充分的现状,难以进行充分的实证分析。因此,本文通过研究客户、业务和风控对P2P平台的影响,进而论证商业银行采取此路径的可行性。实证部分,本文选取了160家P2P平台作为研究样本,运用面板回归分析方法,探究客户、业务和风控等路径的可行性,以P2P网贷平台借款成功率为被解释变量,以客户、业务和风控所影响的平台投资人数、平台资金规模和平台成交量为解释变量,论证三者与P2P平台借款成功率具有显著正相关关系,从而论证了客户、业务和风控路径对于商业银行参与P2P业务的可行性与有效性。本文通过对商业银行参与P2P业务进行理论分析与现实分析、规范分析与实证分析,为商业银行提供参与P2P业务的方式及路径参考,以便于商业银行更好参与网贷业务。在方式上,商业银行可根据自身发展战略和经营状况,选择提供资金存管服务、自建P2P平台或是与现有P2P平台合作等方式,发展P2P业务;在路径上,商业银行可选择以客户业务补充为重点的收益提升路径或是以风控领域补缺为重点的安全保障路径,以充分发挥商业银行的现有优势,实现互联网化战略的稳步推进。
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the State Council issued the guidance on actively promoting the "Internet", encouraging all industries to actively develop the "Internet" strategy, and promoting China's economic transformation and upgrading. In recent years, the "traditional Internet industry" is in full swing, among which, Internet finance is particularly prominent. With the quickening of the strategy of traditional financial institutions, mobile banking, internet financing and P2P network loans are emerging gradually. Traditional commercial banks in the development of Internet finance, especially P2P network loans are also gradually accelerated. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures on P2P network lending, this paper finds that the current research on the relationship between P2P network lending and traditional banking is basically at the stage of the impact of P2P network lending on commercial banks. However, with the development of Internet finance, especially P2P network loan, the research on how commercial banks should only provide directional guidance on how to participate in P2P business is not sufficient. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the ways and paths for commercial banks to participate in P2P network lending business. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of P2P network lending, it explores the theoretical and practical basis for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Secondly, on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign commercial banks to participate in P2P business, This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three ways, and provides suggestions for different types of commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Thirdly, from the customer, business and wind control field, the paper analyzes the feasible path for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Based on the normative analysis of commercial banks' participation in P2P business, this paper uses panel regression analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of the path. Limited to the bank P2P platform operation quantity is small, the operation time is short, the data is insufficient, it is difficult to carry on the sufficient empirical analysis. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of customer, business and wind control on P2P platform, and then demonstrates the feasibility of commercial banks to take this path. In the empirical part, this paper selects 160 P2P platforms as the research sample, uses the panel regression analysis method to explore the feasibility of the path of customer, business and wind control, taking the success rate of P2P network loan platform as the explanatory variable, and taking the customer as the customer. Business and wind control influence the number of platform investment, platform capital scale and platform turnover as explanatory variables. It is demonstrated that the three factors have a significant positive correlation with P2P platform loan success rate, thus demonstrating the customer. The feasibility and effectiveness of business and wind control path for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Through the theoretical and practical analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis of commercial banks participating in P2P business, this paper provides the way and path reference for commercial banks to participate in P2P business, so as to facilitate commercial banks to participate in network lending business better. In the way, according to their own development strategy and business situation, commercial banks can choose to provide funds management services, build their own P2P platform or cooperate with existing P2P platforms to develop P2P business. The commercial banks can choose the revenue enhancement path with the emphasis on customer business supplement or the security path with the emphasis on the wind control field in order to give full play to the existing advantages of commercial banks and realize the steady progress of the strategy of Internet.
