互联网金融环境下N银行与第三方支付Y公司合作模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,全球互联网技术发展迅猛,通过互联网的带动,几乎各行各业都得到了“新生”。2015年3月,李克强总理在《政府工作报告》中提出的“互联网+”概念,便是对互联网这一带动作用的充分肯定。而在其中,互联网和金融的结合尤为突出,“互联网金融”无疑是目前热议度非常高的概念之一。作为互联网金融的最主要组成部分,互联网支付业务与老百姓的日常生活息息相关。例如网上购物时,买家向卖家支付货款的过程,就是互联网支付的过程,而承担资金清算职责的中介就是“银行”,或者越来越多的“第三方支付公司”。在电子商务(网上购物)刚刚起步的时期,负责资金清算的主要是第三方支付公司,这是因为商业银行还没有重视这方面的业务。以“支付宝”、“财付通”等为代表的第三方支付公司陆续出现,促进了整个电子商务行业的发展。同时,第三方支付公司也在电子商务行业中获得了巨大的利润,一方面是手续费收入,另一方面是庞大的资金沉淀。发现这一巨大市场和商机后,各大银行开始大力发展网上支付业务,推出了一系列产品和解决方案,大举进军电子商务市场,与第三方支付公司争抢市场。银行与第三方支付公司之间的关系比较复杂,既有合作又存在着竞争。而且随着互联网金融市场的发展和变化,以及监管部门对互联网金融和第三方支付公司的态度和政策的变化,银行与第三方支付公司之间的博弈似乎才正式开始。为了进一步推动银行与第三方支付企业的竞争合作关系研究,本选题以互联网金融背景下银行与第三方支付公司的发展现状和合作模式为基础,分析了银行和第三方支付公司的优势和劣势,运用SWOT分析和实证分析法,以N银行和第三方支付Y公司的合作案例,提出银企双方合作模式的优化措施和建议,对进一步维护网上支付市场的稳定,建立规范有序的电子金融市场,具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global Internet technology has developed rapidly. With the help of the Internet, almost all industries have been "reborn". In March 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the concept of "Internet" in the Government work report. Is to the Internet this one drives the function the full affirmation. In which, the combination of Internet and finance is particularly prominent, "Internet Finance" is undoubtedly one of the very hot concept. As the most important part of Internet finance, Internet payment business is closely related to people's daily life. For example, when shopping online, the process of buyers paying to sellers is the process of Internet payment, and the intermediary that undertakes the responsibility of clearing funds is the "bank", or more and more "third-party payment companies". In the early days of electronic commerce (online shopping), it was mainly the third-party payment companies that were responsible for the liquidation of funds, because commercial banks did not attach importance to this aspect of business. Third-party payment companies, such as Alipay, Tenpay and so on, have emerged one after another, promoting the development of the whole e-commerce industry. At the same time, third-party payment companies have also made huge profits in the e-commerce industry, on the one hand, fees revenue, on the other hand, huge capital deposits. After discovering this huge market and business opportunities, the major banks began to vigorously develop online payment business, launched a series of products and solutions, into the e-commerce market, competing with third-party payment companies in the market. The relationship between banks and third-party payment companies is complex, both cooperation and competition. With the development and change of the Internet financial market and the change of the attitude and policy of the supervision department to the Internet finance and the third party payment company, the game between the bank and the third party payment company seems to begin formally. In order to further promote the research of competitive and cooperative relationship between banks and third-party payment enterprises, this topic is based on the development status and cooperation mode of banks and third-party payment companies under the background of Internet finance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of banks and third-party payment companies, applies SWOT analysis and empirical analysis, and puts forward the optimization measures and suggestions of the cooperation mode between banks and third-party payment companies with the case of N bank and third-party payment company Y. It is of practical significance to further maintain the stability of the online payment market and establish a standardized and orderly electronic financial market.
