面向中小电商的城市末端共同配送研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着计算机技术和移动终端的普及,我国的电商零售业得到了迅猛发展,网上交易流程也日趋完善。电商零售业的发展带动了快递业的发展,电商物流的仓储和干线运输环节已基本实现自动化和标准化,但末端配送环节滞后于电商零售业的发展,成为电商零售业进一步发展的瓶颈。 末端配送作为电商零售业务最后一个环节,也是最关键的环节,直接关系到消费者的购物体验。如何建立完善的末端配送体系,在保障消费者满意度的同时降低末端配送成本成为电商物流企业面临的最大挑战,很多企业也进行了多种尝试,但效果大都难以令人满意。部分大型电商企业开展的自营物流业务在一定程度上提升了末端配送的服务水平,但成本也大大增加,中小电商难以承受。本文以解决大型城市中中小电商末端配送问题为目的,做了以下研究: 首先,本文详细阐述了中小电商传统末端配送环节的业务流程,利用Petri网对其进行建模,并利用关联矩阵、不变量等分析方法对其Petri网模型进行了诊断,从业务流程角度分析了中小电商末端配送环节存在的问题。 其次,在明确中小电商传统末端配送环节存在的问题后,本文并没有对其业务流程进行优化,而是基于中小电商末端配送对柔性的需求,提出用末端共同配送模式取代传统的配送模式为中小电商提供服务。 再次,本文探索了中小电商末端共同配送可能的合作形式和运营模式,并研究了共同配送中心和末端配送节点的可能形式,提出了电商末端共同配送可能的解决方案。 最后,本文利用Petri网对中小电商末端共同配送业务流程进行了建模分析,通过与传统末端配送业务流程对比,得出末端共同配送模式在业务流程效率方面的优势。此外,本文还对中小电商末端共同配送的经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularity of computer technology and mobile terminals, China's e-commerce retail industry has been rapid development, online trading process is also increasingly perfect. The development of e-commerce retail industry has led to the development of express delivery industry. The warehousing and trunk transportation links of e-commerce logistics have basically realized automation and standardization, but the end distribution link lags behind the development of e-commerce retail industry. Become the bottleneck of the further development of e-commerce retailing. As the last link of e-commerce retail business, terminal distribution is also the most critical link, which directly relates to the consumer's shopping experience. How to establish a perfect terminal distribution system and to reduce the terminal distribution cost while ensuring consumer satisfaction has become the biggest challenge faced by e-commerce logistics enterprises. Many enterprises have also made a variety of attempts, but the results are mostly unsatisfactory. Some large ecommerce enterprises carry out self-run logistics business to a certain extent to improve the service level of terminal distribution, but the cost is also greatly increased, small and medium e-commerce can not afford. In order to solve the problem of terminal distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce in large cities, this paper does the following research: firstly, this paper describes the business process of traditional terminal distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce in detail, and uses Petri net to model it. The Petri net model is diagnosed by using correlation matrix, invariant and so on, and the problems in the terminal distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce are analyzed from the point of view of business process. Secondly, after clarifying the problems existing in the traditional terminal distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce, this paper does not optimize its business process, but based on the demand for flexibility of the end distribution of small and medium-sized ecommerce. This paper proposes to replace the traditional distribution mode with the terminal joint distribution mode to provide service for the small and medium-sized e-commerce companies. Thirdly, this paper explores the possible cooperative forms and operation modes of joint distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce terminals, studies the possible forms of joint distribution centers and terminal distribution nodes, and puts forward a possible solution for joint distribution of small and medium-sized e-commerce terminals. Finally, this paper makes use of Petri net to model and analyze the business process of joint distribution at the end of middle and small ecommerce. By comparing with the traditional business process of terminal distribution, the paper concludes the advantages of the mode of terminal joint distribution in terms of business process efficiency. In addition, this paper also analyzes the economic and social benefits of the joint distribution at the end of the small and medium ecommerce.
