内蒙古诚信数码广场发展战略研究

【摘要】:当今IT卖场行业竞争日益激烈,各大卖场之间采取各种措施争夺市场,特别是在北京中关村,就有鼎好,海龙,太平洋,国美等等,尤其近年来3C卖场及电商的兴起,直接导致零售商加快扩长的速度,对传统卖场冲击较大。因此,如何转变IT卖场发展模式是当今数码企业关注的重点。本文在梳理战略发展研究的基础上,对国内外战略发展理论和发展趋势有了清晰认识,这有利于诚信数码大厦进行战略理论研究,然后对诚信数码大厦所面临的内外部环境进行系统分析,研究企业的市场竞争现状,以及企业内部所具有的优势资源和能力,确定企业的核心竞争力,研究认为内蒙古诚信数码广场若继续采用现有发展模式,就会遭遇市场淘汰,因此,对内蒙古诚信数码大厦发展战略进行研究是很有必要的。论文主要由五部分组成:第一部分包括论文的研究背景与选题的意义、论文的研究过程和内容;第二部分为战略管理理论概述;第三部分分析内蒙古诚信数码广场的内外部环境,以及进行SWOT分析;第四部分为内蒙古诚信数码广场发展战略的制定;第五部分提出了战略实施的具体措施和保障。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in the IT store industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Various measures have been taken among the major stores to compete for the market, especially in Zhongguancun, Beijing. There are Ding Hao, Hai long, Pacific Ocean, Gome, etc., especially the rise of 3C stores and e-commerce businesses in recent years. The direct cause of retailers to speed up the expansion of the speed, the impact on the traditional stores. Therefore, how to change the IT store development model is the focus of digital enterprises. On the basis of combing the research of strategic development, this paper has a clear understanding of the theory and trend of strategic development at home and abroad, which is conducive to the strategic theoretical research of the digital building of integrity. Then the internal and external environment faced by the integrity digital building is systematically analyzed, and the market competition status of the enterprise is studied, as well as the advantage resources and capabilities within the enterprise, so as to determine the core competitiveness of the enterprise. It is believed that if Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Plaza continues to adopt the existing development model, it will be eliminated by the market. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Plaza. The thesis consists of five parts: the first part includes the research background, the significance of the topic, the research process and content, the second part is the overview of the strategic management theory. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Square and carries on the SWOT analysis; the fourth part is the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Square; the fifth part puts forward the specific measures and guarantees of the implementation of the strategy.
