基于消费者行为分析的打车软件行业发展策略研究——以武汉地区的优步、滴滴等为例

【摘要】:打车软件作为移动互联网服务浪潮中一个极具代表性的应用,不论在国内还是在国外均处于发展阶段。面对这样一个新兴产业和市场,我们从消费者行为的角度,结合打车软件行业发展现状以及存在的问题,通过调查和数据分析,得到相应的结论。能够为打车软件公司、出租车司机以及出租车公司出谋划策,为其提供切实可行的发展建议与对策。
[Abstract]:As a representative application of mobile Internet service, ride-hailing software is developing both at home and abroad. In the face of such a new industry and market, from the perspective of consumer behavior, combined with the current situation of the development of taxi software industry and the existing problems, through investigation and data analysis, we get the corresponding conclusions. It can give advice to taxi companies, taxi drivers and taxi companies, and provide practical development suggestions and countermeasures.
