云南祥云飞龙再生科技股份有限公司战略管理研究

【摘要】:云南祥云飞龙再生科技股份有限公司成立于1998年,位于云南省大理州祥云县,是一家利用自有研发国际领先技术,以二次物料作为主要生产原料,以0#锌、精铅以及铟、银、金、铜等金属为主要产品,以资源的高效清洁利用和循环经济为核心的具有较强发展优势的再生资源综合回收利用的企业。研究祥云飞龙公司的发展战略,既是为公司在有色金属市场低迷的环境中探寻生存和成长路线,为公司上市后“做大做强”提供战略决策依据;铅锌冶炼行业原料自给率低、产能过剩、资源综合利用率低等问题日趋严重,对祥云飞龙进行战略研究也是为整个铅锌冶炼行业转型提供参考;国家对节能环保、资源循环再生十分重视,本研究也可向国家相关政策制定部门提供参考。全文通过对战略管理基础理论的研究,运用PEST企业外部环境分析、行业环境分析(波特五力模型)、企业内部环境分析等方法以及SWOT战略选择工具,可以得出祥云飞龙公司在原料供应、原料成本、生产技术、装备水平、节能环保方面具有相对优势,但在人力资源管理、产品深加工能力、细分市场拓展以及企业文化建设等方面存在不足。论文指出,祥云飞龙公司应利用自身技术优势,完善公司内部不足,提升公司内部环境竞争力,尽快实施“走出去”的战略,实现战略发展目标。论文得出结论:祥云飞龙公司应选择增长型发展战略,具体目标内容是成为国内外铅锌再生资源综合利用龙头企业,达到50万吨再生锌和50万吨再生铅的主产品生产能力,并为此制定了发展战略实施步骤及措施。
[Abstract]:Yunnan Xiangyun Feilong Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, located in Xiangyun County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a leading technology in international research and development, with secondary materials as the main raw materials, zinc, lead, indium, silver, etc. Gold, copper and other metals as the main products, the efficient and clean utilization of resources and recycling economy as the core of renewable resources with a strong development advantage of comprehensive recovery and utilization of enterprises. The research on the development strategy of Xiangyun Filong Company is not only to explore the survival and growth route of the company in the depressed non-ferrous metal market environment, but also to provide the strategic decision basis for the company to "become bigger and stronger" after listing. The problems of low self-sufficiency rate of raw materials, overcapacity and low comprehensive utilization ratio of resources in lead and zinc smelting industry are becoming more and more serious. The strategic research on Xiangyun Feilong is also a reference for the transformation of the whole lead-zinc smelting industry. The state attaches great importance to energy conservation and environmental protection, recycling and regeneration of resources. Based on the study of the basic theory of strategic management, the paper uses the methods of PEST enterprise external environment analysis, industry environment analysis (Porter five forces model), enterprise internal environment analysis and SWOT strategy choice tool. It can be concluded that Xiangyun Feilong Company has comparative advantages in raw material supply, raw material cost, production technology, equipment level, energy saving and environmental protection, but in human resources management and product deep processing capability. There are shortcomings in the development of subdivision market and the construction of corporate culture. The paper points out that Xiangyun Feilong Company should make use of its own technical advantages, perfect its internal deficiencies, enhance its internal environmental competitiveness, implement the strategy of "going out" as soon as possible, and realize the strategic development goal. The conclusion is: Xiangyun Feilong Company should choose the growth type development strategy, the specific goal is to become the domestic and foreign lead zinc recycling resources comprehensive utilization leading enterprise, achieves 500000 tons of recycled zinc and 500000 tons of recycled lead production capacity. And to this end has formulated the development strategy implementation step and the measure.
