JZJ连锁药店员工培训体系优化研究
[Abstract]:Today in the 21st century, with the development of economic globalization, human resources become the core factor and power source of the economic development of enterprises. In the mid-1990s, the chain drugstore business model was introduced from Guangzhou to China from abroad. But the development of retail chain drugstores in our country is late, and the level of management is relatively deficient, especially in the development of personnel training, lack of effective staff training system. With the implementation of relevant national policies, the change of modern business environment and the influence of electronic commerce, the competition of domestic chain drugstores has become more and more intense. This paper takes the staff training system of JZJ chain drugstores directly run by Chinese drugstores as the research object, taking modern management, human resources and training related theories as the guidance, synthetically applies the research method of combining theory with empirical research, and investigates the questionnaire method. With the methods of interview, literature research, statistical analysis and so on, through the investigation and analysis of the existing staff training system of the company, the problems in the staff training system of JZJ chain drugstores are summarized. The existing staff training system has been optimized and designed. The training system after optimization design is based on the actual situation of human resources of JZJ Company and the characteristics of chain drugstores, pays attention to the win-win situation between employees and enterprises, combines theory with practice, and has a strong practical nature. It will help JZJ chain drugstores to carry out training work more effectively, improve the comprehensive quality of employees, realize the personal growth of employees at different levels, and enhance the competitiveness and organizational cohesion of enterprises. To promote the realization of the goal of talent training and development and the strategic goal of the enterprise, at the same time, the problems existing in the staff training system are representative in the industry, which can also provide reference and reference for the optimization design of the enterprise training system in the industry. In the actual training work also has certain inspiration and the operation significance.
