餐饮外卖行业的安全隐患及对策

【摘要】：文中在对餐饮外卖行业研究背景简要介绍的基础上,也对其发展现状进行了简要的描述,归纳总结了这个行业快速发展过程中带来的食品安全隐患和交通安全隐患,并从产生食品安全问题和交通安全问题的多个角度进行了分析,提出相应的对策和建议,以便更好地解决餐饮外卖行业快速发展带来的一些问题,促进餐饮外卖行业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a brief introduction to the research background of catering takeout industry, this paper also briefly describes the current situation of its development, and summarizes the hidden dangers of food safety and traffic safety brought by the rapid development of this industry. It also analyzes the problems of food safety and traffic safety, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to better solve some problems brought about by the rapid development of the food and takeout industry.
