基于WCF技术的眼部验光信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着信息技术在各行各业日常运营中的广泛应用,越来越多的零售行业开始意识并重视信息系统在企业内部的落实应用,希望借助信息系统科学、系统性的管理运作功能,提高其企业的项目执行效率。就眼镜零售行业而言,在传统的眼镜零售环节中,对于眼部验光信息的收集、分析以及归存档流程并没有形成系统性的管理体系,直接影响了眼部验光工作的整体效率。以全球著名的眼镜公司红星眼镜(Grand Vision)为例,其销售网点遍布12个国家,拥有超过770家零售门店,以专业、时尚享誉世界。特别的,自红星眼镜的EyeMed(全方位眼睛健康检查)自引入红星眼睛之后,验光师水平达到了Grand Vision的全球统一标准,能够确保红星眼镜为中国消费者提供国际一流水准的眼科检查及专业验光服务。同时,对于像红星眼镜这种在全球范围内广泛分布的大规模眼镜零售企业而言,如果能够借助现代化的信息系统集约化地管理全球范围内的验光流程,不仅可以提高前端的验光准确度,更能够科学化管理验光后的信息数据,使得个人的眼部验光数据信息能够在企业内部得到私人化的管理服务。本文首先阐述了国内眼镜零售业在眼部验光中对于验光信息系统的迫切需求,进而针对验光系统的核心设计逻辑展开设计分析,介绍了零售业验光信息系统的基础架构设计以及核心模块的设计理念。而在本文的第四章,则引入介绍了WCF技术,阐述了在该技术基础上搭建眼部验光系统的逻辑实现原理。最后,本文将传统验光流程与WCF技术基础上的信息化验光系统进行优劣势分析,阐述了在眼镜零售业的实际应用中,信息化系统所能展现出的独特优势与进步之处。在整个过程中,从红星眼镜的实际需求出发,在技术层面上综合了企业Portal统以及.NET开发平台等,并且利用WCF系统间数据调用等技术支持,有效的使系统之间的数据为WCF服务,最终为了实现该眼部验光系统可以在红星眼镜的企业ERP系统和CRM系统间的高效数据查询,进一步使该眼部验光系统与企业Portal系统之间实现良好的集成。该验光系统的应用也将很大程度上的提高红星眼镜的生产力和内部效率。
[Abstract]:With the extensive application of information technology in the daily operation of various industries, more and more retail industries begin to realize and attach importance to the implementation and application of information systems in enterprises, hoping to use information system science, systematic management and operation functions, Improve the project execution efficiency of its enterprise. In the field of spectacle retail, there is no systematic management system for the collection, analysis and archiving of optometry information, which directly affects the overall efficiency of optometry. Take the world famous eyewear company red star glasses (Grand Vision) as an example, its sales outlets throughout 12 countries, has more than 770 retail stores, professional, fashion world-renowned. In particular, since the introduction of the Red Star Eye EyeMed (omni-directional eye health examination), the optometrist level has met Grand Vision global standards. Can ensure red star glasses for Chinese consumers to provide the world-class ophthalmological examination and professional optometry services. At the same time, with the help of modern information systems, large-scale retail companies such as Red Star glasses, which are widely distributed around the world, can manage optometry processes on a global scale in an intensive manner. It can not only improve the optometry accuracy of the front-end, but also manage the optometropic information scientifically, so that the individual optometropic data information can be privately managed in the enterprise. Firstly, this paper expounds the urgent demand for optometry information system in domestic spectacle retailing, and then analyzes the core design logic of optometry system. This paper introduces the basic structure design of optometry information system and the design idea of core module of retail optometry information system. In the fourth chapter, the WCF technology is introduced, and the logic realization principle of eye optometry system based on this technology is expounded. Finally, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the information optometry system based on the traditional optometry process and WCF technology, and expounds the unique advantages and progress of the information system in the practical application of the spectacle retailing. In the whole process, starting from the actual needs of the red star glasses, the enterprise portal system and. Net development platform are integrated on the technical level, and the data between the systems is effectively served by the WCF service by using the technical support such as the data call between the WCF systems. Finally, in order to realize the high efficiency data query between ERP system and CRM system of red star glasses, this optometry system can achieve good integration between Portal system and enterprise optometry system. The application of the optometry system will also greatly improve the productivity and internal efficiency of red star glasses.
