加勒比共同体对东亚市场出口潜力研究

　　加勒比共同体国家一直面临着资源有限,债务水平上升,融资渠道受限,贸易赤字升高等一系列传统问题。伴随着全球经济环境疲软的现状,加勒比共同体国家的可持续发展之路困难重重。虽然一些基于传统历史因素的贸易关系已经不能再为加勒比共同体国家贡献更多发展机遇,但是,这一由地理因素结合而成的经济共同体依然忽视了一些可以“简单”且有效提升该地区收入水平的措施。世界贸易组织推进经济全球化使得更多贸易伙伴被纳入全球经济体系且极大得增加了各国的贸易收入,然而加勒比共同体国家依然主要关注于与西方国家的现有关系,忽视了超越现有关系的可能性——全球至少有60%的市场被加勒比共同体地区的所忽视。主要问题为:从统计分析的角度,加勒比国家对东亚国家出口的增加是否应该安排更更多的贸易谈判?如果扩大加勒比共同体的可利用收入的潜力,从国际竞争力的角度分析,该地区会有哪些变化?在现实的情况下,加勒比共同体的出口潜力的预估值是多少?研究表明,EA13是加勒比共同体的天然出口市场,扩大市场选择将消除该地区出口误解,并证明非传统市场同样具有未开发的出口潜力。受 Anderson（1979）,Melitz（2003）,Baier and...
