后危机时代中国FDI对泰国经济增长影响研究

【摘要】：当今经济全球化的进程中,吸引外资己经被看作是影响经济发展的重要因素,尤其是外商直接投资,对发展中国家经济增长起着直接的推动作用。中泰两国自1975年正式建交以来,两国间的国际直接投资与贸易取得了快速的发展。本文首先从国际贸易相关理论入手,分析后危机时代中国对泰国投资的现状,研究发现:2007年国际金融危机以来中国企业到泰国直接投资的行业主要集中在金属制品及机械、服务行业,尤其是在金属制品及机械,在近七年来发展得较为迅速。由于在泰国FDI的行业是比较多样和分散,尤其在2008-2014年,无论是在项目数量上还是金额方面,中国企业投资在金属产品机械、电气和电子产品得比较多,其次是农业农产品方面。中国企业到泰国进行投资的数量及数额都在不断增加。目前来看,到泰国进行投资的中国企业大多数投资主要集中在中小企业。从外商直接投资地区来看,无论是投资申请之前还是被批准投资之后主要投资项目的地区在第二个地区的项目较多。以经济增长理论为基础,建立模型,利用2003-2014年中国对泰国直接投资的数据,进行Granger因果检验证明,中国FDI显著地促进了泰国GDP的增长,中国对泰国直接投资增长1%将导致泰国GDP上升 0.023498%。针对相关的理论分析和实证检验,在后危机时代,为了泰国更长远的经济发展来看,泰国政府要好以下几个方面:1.积极推出优惠政策。泰国政府要积极推出一些更多的优惠政策或者取消一些可能会带来给中商不利的因素方面,如:简化审批程序,缩短审批时间,积极减税,为了吸引更多的中国企业到泰国这些方面行业投资增加。2泰国要完善其投资环境。泰国应在经济不断发展的基础上,进一步加大本国的经济开放程度,降低外国企业在泰国的商务运营成本,完善一些列吸引外资体系上制度的建立,提升其在东盟主要引资国间的竞争力,利用外资更好的服务于本国经济发展,促进本国技术水平的提升和产业结构的转型。3.注重产业结构调整。泰国在强调发展工业的同时也必须看到第三产业的重要性,使产业间得到均衡发展。泰国政府要在吸引外资对其投资的领域和行业进行丰富和多样化,通过政策引导外商直接投资的方向,比如对重工业,机械、冶金行业,使用自然资源和容易引起污染环境等行业提高进入门槛,对社会服务、教育、研发等行业给予政策支持,促进第二产业跟第三产业一起发展,多样化和优化产业结构,打造健康产业生产链。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic globalization, attracting foreign investment has been regarded as an important factor affecting economic development, especially the foreign direct investment to the economic growth of developing countries plays a direct role in promoting.
