【摘要】:尽管大多经济模型认为决策者只会被自身利益所驱动,但是在最近几年,越来越多的证据表明很多人会被他们的偏好所驱动,并且在社交活动中人类对于公平的关切行为无法被忽视。在行为运作管理研究中这种现象表现地尤为突出。决策者在做决策时,不仅关注自身利益的最大化,而且还将自身的利润和供应链中其他成员的利润作比较,这种行为即为公平关切。公平关切行为普遍存在于人们的日常生活中,对人们的行为产生重要的影响。在供应链管理领域有关成员公平关切行为的现有文献中,研究决策者的公平关切行为对于供应链协调的影响是一个很重要的研究课题。本文的研究重点是公平关切行为及其在运作管理领域的应用。本文在传统报童模型和斯坦克尔伯格博弈模型基础上提出了考虑公平关切行为的新的博弈模型。在此模型中,我们认为制造商和零售商在做决策时,不仅会考虑到要使自己收益最大化,同时会考虑与对方相比,自己的收益是否公平。如果他们感觉不公平便会选择能使自己效用最大的决策方案。其次,我们重点探究了期权合同能否协调具有公平关切行为的供应链。具体来说,我们考虑一个由制造商和零售商组成的供应链,其中两个成员可以是理性的或者公平的,并且进而给出供应链可以通过期权合约进行协调的条件。我们的研究结果表明,当两个成员中的任何一个理性时,期权合约可以协调供应链。当两个成员都是非理性的时,即都具有公平关切行为时,期权合约只能在某些具体条件下协调供应链。此外,我们研究了两位成员是否会遭受不利或有利不公平,并得出了一些有趣的结果。最后,本文在总结已有研究结果的基础上,对未来研究方向进行了一些展望。
[Abstract]:Although most economic models assume that policymakers are driven only by their own interests, in recent years there has been growing evidence that many people are driven by their preferences. And in social activities, human concern for fairness can not be ignored. In the study of behavioral operation management, this phenomenon is particularly prominent. Decision makers not only pay attention to the maximization of their own interests when making decisions. It also compares its profits with those of other members of the supply chain. This behavior is called equity concern, which generally exists in people's daily life. Has a significant impact on people's behaviour. In the field of supply chain management, members are concerned about the fair behavior of the existing literature. It is an important research topic to study the impact of fair concern behavior of decision makers on supply chain coordination. This paper focuses on fair concern behavior and its application in the field of operation management. This paper is based on the traditional newsboy model. A new game model considering the behavior of fair concern is proposed on the basis of the Stackelberg game model. We think that when manufacturers and retailers make decisions, they not only consider maximizing their own profits, but also consider comparing with each other. Whether their income is fair. If they feel unfair, they will choose a decision that will make them the most effective. Secondly. We focus on whether options contracts can coordinate supply chains with fair concerns. Specifically, we consider a supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers. Two of the members can be rational or fair and then give the conditions under which the supply chain can be coordinated through option contracts. Our results show that when any one of the two members is rational. The option contract can coordinate the supply chain. When both members are irrational, that is, both have fair concern behavior, the option contract can only coordinate the supply chain under some specific conditions. We have studied whether the two members will suffer unfavorable or favorable injustice, and have obtained some interesting results. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the existing research results, we have made some prospects for the future research direction.
