FDI与高技术产业集聚互动机理探讨——新经济地理学视角

【摘要】：随着中国市场化改革的进一步推进,传统的经济发展模式已经不可持续,调整产业结构、淘汰落后产能,大力发展高技术产业逐渐成为共识。文章以2000-2014年中国30个省(市、区)相关面板数据为基础,首先对FDI与高技术产业集聚的互动关系进行探讨,然后通过相关理论分析,得出新经济地理因素、FDI与高技术产业集聚三者之间内在作用机理。在此基础上,通过构建高技术产业集聚的区位熵指数,建立三者之间的面板联立方程实证模型(SEM),并分别对全国省域和东中西部进行实证检验。研究结果显示,整体上FDI与高技术产业集聚两者之间具有相互促进的关系,新经济地理因素也有利于高技术产业集聚;但分地区而言,东中西部存在一定的差异。
[Abstract]:With the further advance of Chinese market reform, the traditional model of economic development is not sustainable, adjust the industrial structure, eliminate backward production capacity, vigorously develop the high-tech industry has gradually become a consensus. Based on the 2000-2014 Chinese 30 provinces (cities, districts) panel data as the foundation, discusses the interactive relationship between the FDI and high technology the industrial agglomeration, and then through the theoretical analysis, the new economic geography factors, interaction mechanism between FDI and high technology industry cluster three. On this basis, through the construction of high tech Industrial Agglomeration location entropy index, panel empirical simultaneous equations model is established between the three (SEM) respectively, and empirical test the national and provincial regions. The results showed that the overall FDI and high technology industry cluster has the relation of mutual promotion between the two, the new economic geography factors also conducive to high technology Industrial agglomeration; but in the region, there are certain differences in the East and West.
