【摘要】：本文以股权众筹模式的发展对我国经济实现可持续发展的重要意义为出发点,研究了影响我国股权众筹市场发展的因素,认为股权众筹市场投资风险过大是影响股权众筹市场在我国发展的最重要因素。通过对我国股权众筹市场公开资料的研究,剖析了目前我国股权众筹市场的投资者保护机制,并总结了目前我国股权众筹市场投资者风险因素,结合其他相关市场投资者权益保护机制对我国股权众筹市场的启示,提出了政策建议。本文第一章为引言,在该部分主要介绍了前人对相关问题的研究成果以及股权众筹市场的发展对我国经济的重要意义。本文第二章则通过对我国规模较大的十四家股权众筹平台商业模式的研究归纳总结了目前我国股权众筹市场中存在的两大风险:法律风险和投资风险。第三章针对投资风险的成因做了详细论述,认为该风险的形成根植于我国股权众筹平台的商业模式和法律规定。第四章介绍了相关市场投资者保护机制,意图通过对其他市场成功经验的研究,对我国股权众筹市场投资者权益保护机制形成有所启示。第五章结合我国股权众筹市场的实际情况和其他市场的成功经验,为完善我国股权众筹市场投资者权益保护,促进我国股权众筹行业发展,提出的政策建议。笔者认为股权众筹市场的健康可持续发展对我国经济的可持续发展、转型升级具有重要意义,而目前我国股权众筹市场相关投资者权益保护机制的不健全已成为了阻碍股权众筹市场发展的重要因素。只有针对我国国情、股权众筹市场的具体情况设计一套切实可行的投资者权益保护机制才能促进市场健康、稳定发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the significance of the development of crowdfunding mode to the realization of sustainable economic development in China, this paper studies the factors that affect the development of the stock rights crowdfunding market in China. It is considered that excessive investment risk is the most important factor that affects the development of stock crowdfunding market in China. This paper analyzes the investor protection mechanism of China's stock market, and summarizes the risk factors of investors in China's stock market. Combined with the other related market investors' rights protection mechanism to our country's stock capital market enlightenment, put forward the policy recommendations. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. In this part, the author mainly introduces the previous research results on related issues and the importance of the development of crowdfunding market to the economy of our country. The research of this model sums up two major risks in China's stock market:. Legal risk and investment risk. The third chapter discusses the causes of investment risk in detail. It is believed that the formation of this risk is rooted in the business model and legal provisions of China's shareholding crowdfunding platform. Chapter 4th introduces the relevant market investor protection mechanism with the intention of studying the successful experience of other markets. The 5th chapter combines with the actual situation of China's equity crowdfunding market and the successful experience of other markets. In order to improve the protection of investors' rights and interests and promote the development of the stock raising industry in China, the author thinks that the healthy and sustainable development of the stock rights crowdfunding market will bring sustainable development to the economy of our country. The transformation and upgrading is of great significance, but at present, the imperfect protection mechanism of investors' rights and interests in China's stock market has become an important factor that hinders the development of the equity crowdfunding market. Only in view of the national conditions of our country. In order to promote the healthy and stable development of the market, a set of feasible protection mechanism of investor's rights and interests is designed.
