【摘要】：随着我国经济发展环境和全球制造业发展格局的变化,中国的制造业发展迎来了难得的战略机遇,而金融发展必然会对制造业的发展产生影响。当嘉兴市处在当前注重金融发展水平和经济发展质量,加快促进制造业转型升级的宏观背景下,其金融发展对制造业转型升级又会产生怎样的影响。基于此,本文对嘉兴金融发展如何影响其制造业升级进行相关研究。本文在对金融发展、产业升级、制造业发展等国内外文献进行归纳总结的基础上,主要分别从理论分析、现状阐述以及实证检验三部分进行研究。在金融发展影响制造业升级的相关理论分析中,包括了:制造业升级内涵的认识,金融发展与制造业升级之间存在联系的模型分析,金融发展影响制造业升级的过程,包括了间接融资和直接融资两种影响渠道,以及金融发展对制造业升级产生影响的内在作用机制。在现状阐述部分,对嘉兴金融发展和制造业发展情况进行分析。分析得出,嘉兴金融规模不断扩大,金融效率发展平稳。本文将制造业分为两大类,即劳动密集型制造业与资本和技术密集型制造业,总体来看,劳动密集型制造业产值与制造业总值的比例逐渐减小,而资本和技术密集型制造业产值与制造业总值的比例逐渐增加,即嘉兴制造业正在不断转型升级。在实证检验部分,利用嘉兴相关统计数据对嘉兴金融发展影响制造业升级进行实证分析。得出:在长期内,嘉兴金融规模和金融效率的发展对制造业升级均能产生正向影响,并且金融规模发展的影响要大于金融效率发展的影响。而在短期内,金融规模的扩大是制造业升级的Granger原因,而金融效率的发展并不构成制造业升级的Granger原因。最后,依据本文的相关理论分析和实证结果,提出相关建议。

Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and the empirical results of this paper, puts forward relevant suggestions.
