【摘要】：正为提升本刊学术质量,鼓励各地专家学者踊跃向本刊投寄好稿,本刊自2017年起,对年度内于本刊正式刊发的论文进行评选,并对其中的优秀稿件给予奖励。具体办法如下:1、每年第一季度,由本刊编辑部对刊发在上一年度第1-12期上的文章遴选出24篇,再由编辑部选出的5名专家组成的评审小组进行匿名评选,根据专家投票结果评出理论创新论文两
[Abstract]:In order to improve the academic quality of the journal, experts and scholars from all over the world are encouraged to send their manuscripts to the journal. Since 2017, the journal has conducted the selection of the papers officially published in the journal during the year, The specific measures are as follows: 1.
