科技金融对科技创新影响的空间效应分析

【摘要】：运用2001~2013年我国29个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,对我国科技金融和科技创新进行测度,分别利用空间地理权重和空间经济权重下的空间杜宾计量模型(SDM),实证检验了我国科技金融能否促进区域科技创新和各地区科技创新能力是否受其他地区科技金融发展水平的影响。研究结果显示:各地区科技创新能力在空间上并非随机分布,而是呈现出明显的空间相关性,科技金融发展能够显著地提升区域科技创新能力;空间上的地理特征和社会经济特征对各省市区科技创新能力有显著正向作用,各地区科技创新能力受其地区科技金融发展水平的影响。
[Abstract]:By using the panel data of 29 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2001 to 2013, the paper measures the science and technology finance and innovation in China. Using the spatial Doberman metrological model under the weight of spatial geography and space economy respectively, this paper empirically tests whether the science and technology finance of our country can promote regional scientific and technological innovation and whether the ability of scientific and technological innovation of each region is affected by other regions' science and technology finance. The results of the study show that the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of different regions are not randomly distributed in space. The development of science and technology finance can significantly enhance the ability of regional science and technology innovation, and the geographical characteristics and social and economic characteristics of space have a significant positive effect on the ability of science and technology innovation of provinces, cities and regions, and the development of science and technology finance can improve the ability of regional science and technology innovation. Each region science and technology innovation ability is affected by its area science and technology finance development level.
