我国商业银行电子银行业务发展问题研究

【摘要】:电子银行业务近年来随着我国经济的发展和金融市场的需求而快速发展,如今已经成为银行业务中十分重要的组成部分,且其规模逐年扩大,对人们的生活产生越来越大的影响。因而,研究我国商业银行电子银行业务的发展有着十分重要的意义。首先,对电子银行业务的概念进行界定,随后分别对电子银行业务的特点和优势进行阐述,相对于传统银行业务,电子银行业务显著的特点就是高效、快捷、方便、成本低等,电子银行业务产品也具有多元化、个性化的特点。因此,研究电子银行业务的发展,不但是金融市场的必然趋势,而且也是银行提升核心竞争力,银行得以健康生存发展的重要因素。为了更好的进行我国商业银行电子银行业务发展情况的研究,在分析了现阶段电子银行业务发展环境后,再对国内外电子银行业务进行了对比分析。现阶段电子银行业务发展迅速,电商规模日益扩大,使得我国商业银行的电子银行业务有了良好的发展环境。我国商业银行电子银行业务发展存在的问题主要有市场认知度不足、产品敏捷性差、客户动户率低、营销理念差以及售后服务不到位等问题。分析其原因,主要有银行内对电子银行作用认知不到位、渠道建设不完善、产品功能不适用、电子银行存在一定风险及专业化人才欠缺等问题。通过案例分析进一步研究我国电子银行业务的发展情况,选取的对象为中国农业银行吉林省长春市高新区的三个支行,在收集了2014年、2015年的数据后,利用SPSS软件对所有影响因素相关性进行分析,通过分析可以看出,对商业银行电子银行业务收入影响较为关键的因素主要为个人客户渗透率、动户率及活跃率。因此分别对其电子银行业务的发展规模、渗透率、动户率以及电子银行中间业务收入进行了分析。通过分析可以看出,无论是业务发展规模还是渗透率,三个支行都整体呈上升趋势,但是动户率较低,特别是个人用户的动户率偏低,而电子银行业务的收入中,以消费业务、电子商务、个人网银及企业网银为主。结合实证分析的结果,我国商业银行电子银行业务发展所要实现的目标,就是要建立安全可靠的现代化支付体系,完善产品功能,推动自助银行的发展以及提高银行的管理水平和工作效率。为了实现既定的目标,对我国商业银行电子银行业务的发展提出建议:加强电子银行业务的重视程度,提高市场营销力度,加快产品功能创新,完善风险管控水平,做好跟踪反馈和售后服务及强化专业队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The electronic banking business has developed rapidly in recent years with the development of our country's economy and the demand of the financial market. Now it has become a very important part of the banking business, and its scale is expanding year by year. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the development of electronic banking business of commercial banks in China. First of all, the concept of electronic banking business is defined. Subsequently, the characteristics and advantages of electronic banking business are described separately. Compared with traditional banking business, electronic banking business is characterized by its efficiency, speed, convenience, low cost, and so on. The products of electronic banking business are also diversified. Therefore, it is not only the inevitable trend of the financial market to study the development of electronic banking business, but also the enhancement of core competitiveness of banks. In order to better carry out the research on the development of electronic banking business of commercial banks in China, after analyzing the current development environment of electronic banking business, This paper also makes a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign electronic banking business. At present, the electronic banking business is developing rapidly, and the scale of e-commerce is expanding day by day. The problems existing in the development of electronic banking business of commercial banks in China are lack of market recognition, poor product agility, low account rate of customers. The main reasons are that the function of the electronic bank in the bank is not in place, the channel construction is not perfect, the product function is not suitable, the reason is that the marketing concept is poor and the after-sale service is not in place. There are some problems in electronic banking, such as risk and lack of specialized talents. Through case analysis, the author further studies the development of electronic banking business in China, and selects the three branches of Changchun High-tech Zone of Agricultural Bank of China, Jilin Province. After collecting the data of 2014 and 2015, we use SPSS software to analyze the correlation of all the influencing factors. Through the analysis, we can see that the key factor affecting the income of electronic banking of commercial banks is mainly personal customer penetration. Therefore, the development scale, penetration rate, mobile account rate and intermediate business income of electronic banking are analyzed respectively. The three branches all showed an upward trend as a whole, but the mobile account rate was relatively low, especially for individual users. In the revenue of electronic banking business, consumer business, electronic commerce, Combined with the results of empirical analysis, the goal of the development of electronic banking business of commercial banks in China is to establish a safe and reliable modern payment system and improve the function of products. To promote the development of self-help banks and to improve the management level and working efficiency of banks. In order to achieve the established goals, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of electronic banking business of commercial banks in China: strengthening the importance of electronic banking business, Improve marketing, accelerate product function innovation, perfect risk management and control level, do a good job of tracking feedback and after-sales service and strengthen the construction of professional team.
