互联网金融发展背景下恒丰银行物理网点布局优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,互联网金融发展迎来了黄金时期,互联网金融能够有效促进资金融通、信息流通以及支付手续简化等,实现了互联网技术与移动通信技术的有效结合。互联网金融发展为商业银行带来机会和挑战。挑战体现在银行主营业务被蚕食,银行盈利能力逐渐降低,银行支付中介地位受到影响,银行信用风险增加,银行业务对实体网点的依赖程度降低等方面,机遇主要包括促进银行的产业革新,加快业务结构的调整,提升银行的服务质量,丰富银行的产品类型,促进银行管理模式的创新等方面,互联网企业和金融机构逐渐形成了相互竞争、优势互补、彼此融合、共同发展的趋势。恒丰银行作为我国12家全国性的股份制商业银行之一,近年来发展较快,截至2016年末,恒丰银行在全国设有一级分行14家,总行直管行2家,分支机构多达306家,另外还发起设立了5家村镇银行。多年来,恒丰银行一直以烟台为自己的立足之地,并将业务不断辐射到全省范围内,在此基础上逐渐走向全国,并以面向世界为发展战略,秉承客户与服务质量至上的服务理念,不断发展壮大,经营状况日趋良好,积累了许多成功的管理经验。恒丰银行的网点多位于东部沿海地区,区域差异较为明显,在互联网金融迅速崛起的今天,恒丰银行想要继续发展,对其网点布局必须做出相应的调整和优化。文章通过利用DEA模型的Malmquist指数测量恒丰银行的网点布局效率,结果显示各种效率均较高,总效率的偏低是规模效率太低造成的,各分行投入要素的规模不甚合理,要提高综合技术效率,需要同时提高规模效率与纯技术效率,单纯的提高纯技术效率是不够的,2011-2015年恒丰银行多数的分行在银行网点布局方面处于规模报酬不变阶段和规模报酬下降阶段。通过Malmquist指数TFP及其分解变化情况,近年来各分行的技术效率不断进步,且距离最佳规模越来越近,技术进步是恒丰银行TFP波动的主要原因,技术进步可以降低平均成本,实现银行的规模经济,进而提高银行的产出水平。通过Tobit回归结果显示,恒丰银行网点布局效率与净利润成正相关性,与人均GDP呈负相关性,与人口密度和城市公路里程关系不显著。在此基础上,文章分析了恒丰银行的物理网点布局战略,并提出明确物理网点功能定位,优化物理网点区域布局,提升物理网点服务能力,注重物理网点转型升级,加快物理网点产品创新等对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Internet finance ushered in a golden period, Internet finance can effectively promote the financing, information flow and payment procedures to simplify, realizing the effective combination of Internet technology and mobile communication technology.The development of Internet finance brings opportunities and challenges to commercial banks.The challenges are reflected in the erosion of the main business of the bank, the gradual decline in the profitability of the bank, the impact on the status of the bank as a payment intermediary, the increase in the credit risk of the bank, and the decrease in the degree of dependence of the banking business on the physical network, etc.The opportunities mainly include promoting the industrial innovation of banks, speeding up the adjustment of business structure, improving the service quality of banks, enriching the types of products of banks, and promoting the innovation of bank management patterns.Internet enterprises and financial institutions have gradually formed a trend of mutual competition, complementary advantages, mutual integration and common development.As one of the 12 national joint-stock commercial banks in China, Hengfeng Bank has developed rapidly in recent years. Up to the end of 2016, Hengfeng Bank has 14 first-class branches in the country, 2 head offices and 306 branches.In addition, it has initiated the establishment of five village banks.Over the years, Hengfeng Bank has been taking Yantai as its foothold, and continuously radiating its business to the whole province. On this basis, it has gradually moved to the whole country and taken the world as its development strategy.Adhering to the service concept of customer and service quality supreme, the business situation is getting better day by day, and has accumulated many successful management experience.The outlets of Hengfeng Bank are mostly located in the eastern coastal areas, and the regional differences are obvious. With the rapid rise of Internet finance, Hengfeng Bank wants to continue to develop, it must make corresponding adjustment and optimization to the distribution of its network.By using the Malmquist index of DEA model to measure the distribution efficiency of Hengfeng Bank, the results show that all kinds of efficiency are high, the low overall efficiency is caused by the low scale efficiency, and the scale of input elements of each branch is not very reasonable.To improve the efficiency of integrated technology, it is necessary to increase both scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency.It is not enough to improve pure technical efficiency. Most branches of Hengfeng Bank from 2011 to 2015 are in the same stage of scale reward and declining stage of scale reward in the layout of bank network.Through the change of Malmquist index TFP and its decomposition, the technical efficiency of each branch has been improved in recent years, and it is getting closer and closer to the best scale. The technological progress is the main reason for the fluctuation of TFP of Hengfeng Bank, and the technological progress can reduce the average cost.Realize the scale economy of the bank, and then improve the output level of the bank.The results of Tobit regression show that the distribution efficiency of Hengfeng Bank has a positive correlation with net profit, a negative correlation with per capita GDP, and no significant relationship with population density and urban road mileage.On this basis, the paper analyzes the physical network layout strategy of Hengfeng Bank, and puts forward a clear location of physical network function, optimization of physical network regional layout, promotion of physical network service ability, and pay attention to physical network transformation and upgrading.To speed up the physical network product innovation and other countermeasures.
