“十三五”背景下城商行发展目标的战略定位

【摘要】："十二五"期间,我国城商行实现了资产规模与盈利能力的跨越式提升,大幅提高了经营效率与国际化开放程度。当前国内外宏观环境发生巨大转变,在此多重改革任务叠加背景下,城商行急需结合"十二五"规划期间的转型经验,及时调整适应发展环境的不断变化,既主动承担服务国家经济战略的使命责任,又妥善把握发展挑战与时代契机。而目标定位是科学高效改革转型的基点,我国城商行发展目标的准确再定位正是其转型调整的出发点与决定点。"十三五"规划建议适时提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,以此引领新常态下经济的可持续与包容性增长,深入推进供给侧结构性改革与人民币国际化等战略,因此我国城商行应充分结合自身轻型化、灵活性、区域性等特点,积极打造创新银行、绿色银行、生态银行、开放银行、普惠银行。
[Abstract]:During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the city commercial banks of our country realized the leap-forward promotion of asset scale and profitability, and greatly improved the operating efficiency and the degree of internationalization and openness. At present, great changes have taken place in the macro environment at home and abroad. Under the background of the superposition of multiple reform tasks, city commercial banks urgently need to combine the transition experience during the 12th Five-Year Plan period to adjust and adapt to the constant changes in the development environment in a timely manner. It not only takes the responsibility of serving the national economic strategy, but also grasps the development challenge and opportunity. The target orientation is the basic point of scientific and efficient reform and transformation, and the accurate reorientation of the development goal of Chinese city commercial banks is the starting point and decision point of its transformation and adjustment. " The 13th Five-Year Plan proposal puts forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, in order to lead the sustainable and inclusive growth of the economy under the new normal. In order to promote the strategy of supply-side structural reform and RMB internationalization in depth, our city commercial banks should take full account of their own characteristics of lightness, flexibility and regionalism, and actively create innovative banks, green banks, ecological banks, open banks, etc. Pratt & Whitney Bank.
