【摘要】：正上海浦东恒通村镇银行是一家经中国银监会批准,由全国标杆农商银行、全国百佳文明服务示范单位温州龙湾农商银行主发起,联合上海、温州两地优秀企业参股的股份制村镇银行,以"为客户创造财富,为社会创造价值"为己任,努力为广大小微企业、个体工商会、三农和工薪阶层提供诚信、专业、高效的金融服务。
