[Abstract]:As the second largest economy in the world and the defeated country in World War II, Japan has undertaken more international investment obligations after the rapid economic take-off after the war, mainly including two aspects: one is to contribute and donate to major international organizations; Second, to provide government development assistance to promote the economic development of developing countries. The United Nations IMF, the World Bank and other major international organizations were established under the leadership of the United States after the second World War. As a defeated country in World War II, the relationship between Japan and these international organizations has undergone a transformation from being excluded, gradually merging into and then playing an important role. Japan concluded the San Francisco Treaty of Peace in 1951, resolving its World War II.
