汇率风险对宝钢的影响及防范策略研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化趋势日益明显的当今世界,汇率作为联系各国贸易活动的重要变量,对人们的生活和经济的运行起到举足轻重的作用。随着我国经济的快速发展和对外开放程度的不断提高,人民币汇率问题得到了广泛的关注。截至今年7月1日,CFETS人民币汇率指数周跌0.43%至94.88,创历史新低。从去年12月11日发布CFETS人民币汇率指数至今,人民币汇率指数累计跌幅已达7.82%。另外人民日报海外版7月4日则发文称,市场各方未来必将经历一段逐步适应人民币波动幅度加大的时期。在这种宏观大背景下,我国众多的外贸部门会受到何种影响,值得我们深入思考。因此,本文选择作为国家经济的基础性和战略性行业一钢铁行业为代表,研究汇率变动对其各方面的影响,具有重要的现实意义。本文详细介绍了我国钢铁行业目前的发展情况,随后选择钢铁行业的进出口贸易和国内需求为研究重点,以宝钢企业为例,研究主要目的在于深入的探讨人民币贬值对国内经济、国家外贸、企业发展等诸多因素的积极效应和消极影响,并分析得出钢铁行业应如何正确有效的应对汇率风险,从多方面为钢铁行业的外汇风险、金融安全和财务稳定提供一定的理论指导和实际帮助。
[Abstract]:In today's world, where the trend of economic globalization is increasingly obvious, the exchange rate, as an important variable related to the trade activities of various countries, plays an important role in the life of people and the operation of economy. With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world, the issue of RMB exchange rate has received extensive attention. As of July 1, the CFETS yuan index fell 0.43 percent to 94.88, a record low. Since the CFETS index was released on December 11, the index has fallen by 7.82 yuan. Separately, People's Daily's overseas version on July 4 said that all parties in the market will experience a period of gradual adjustment to the increased volatility of the renminbi in the future. In this macro-background, China's many foreign trade departments will be affected, it is worth our in-depth thinking. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to choose the iron and steel industry, as the basic and strategic industry of national economy, to study the influence of exchange rate changes on its various aspects. This paper introduces the current development of China's iron and steel industry in detail, and then selects the import and export trade and domestic demand of the steel industry as the research focus, taking Baosteel enterprise as an example. The main purpose of this study is to probe into the positive and negative effects of RMB depreciation on domestic economy, foreign trade, enterprise development and other factors, and to find out how the steel industry should deal with exchange rate risk correctly and effectively. It provides some theoretical guidance and practical help for foreign exchange risk, financial security and financial stability of steel industry.
