金融支持农业供给侧改革的基本逻辑:基于金融创新与农业现代化自组织的视角

【摘要】：金融支农是金融支持实体经济的重要体现与国家利益的核心诉求。供给侧结构性改革背景下,农村金融如何在实现自身转型同时支持农业现代化进程尤为关键。本文在分析供给侧改革下农业现代化金融支持的多维内涵的基础上,运用自组织理论,结合金融业与农业的发展特性,剖析金融创新与农业现代化之间的多层次的动力机制,构建金融功能于农业现代化的自组织良性循环系统。在分析自组织动力机制循环的理论构建的基础上,进一步考察自组织循环发展中的主要掣肘,全面把握农村金融转型的逻辑。最后在上述三部分经验分析的基础上,就供给侧改革下农村金融发展提出多角度的路径框架设计。
[Abstract]:Financial support for agriculture is an important embodiment of financial support for the real economy and the core demand of national interests. Under the background of supply-side structural reform, it is crucial for rural finance to realize its own transformation and support the process of agricultural modernization. Based on the analysis of the multidimensional connotation of the financial support for agricultural modernization under the supply-side reform, this paper analyzes the multi-level dynamic mechanism between financial innovation and agricultural modernization by using self-organization theory and combining the development characteristics of finance and agriculture. Build a self-organizing virtuous circulatory system with financial function in agricultural modernization. On the basis of analyzing the theoretical construction of self-organizing dynamic mechanism cycle, this paper further studies the main constraints in the development of self-organized circulation, and comprehensively grasps the logic of rural financial transformation. Finally, on the basis of the above three parts of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward a multi-angle path framework design for rural financial development under supply-side reform.
