【摘要】：在供给侧结构性改革背景下,金融资产管理公司如何发挥自身的功能优势,进一步履行保持金融稳定、优化资源配置和促进经济发展的社会责任,为供给侧结构性改革提供助力支持是极具现实意义的。这既是以实际行动落实国家经济工作部署,也是金融资产管理公司在新的背景下实现转型发展的内在要求。在这样的背景下,本文试图梳理国内外文献对供给侧结构性改革的研究,分析供给侧结构性改革内涵概念、理论基础及其必然性,阐述金融资产管理公司支持供给侧结构性改革的意义,同时在全面分析金融资产管理公司业务现状和困境的基础上,提出金融资产管理公司助力供给侧结构性改革的政策建议。本文将对供给侧结构性改革的背景下金融资产管理公司的经营管理进行深入研究,通过“研究问题——分析问题——解决问题”这样一个研究主线,利用已有文献研究和企业调查相结合的方法,系统地阐述相关概念、梳理金融资产管理公司与供给侧结构性改革相互关系、金融资产管理公司业务案例,从而对这一问题进行全面综合探讨。本文分析了供给侧结构性改革的理论基础和必然性,从金融资产管理公司与供给侧结构性改革契合的角度,阐述供给侧结构性改革对金融资产管理公司的影响,即一方面供给侧结构性改革需要金融资产管理公司发挥自身独特优势,另一方面供给侧结构性改革也给金融资产管理公司提供了新的发展机遇和挑战。从已有的研究来看,金融资产管理公司的业务本质与供给侧结构性改革保持了高度的一致。供给侧结构性改革的本质是回归市场,让市场去通过出清来达到资源最优配置。通过全面改革,为市场注入“活水”,同时要清除“死水”,让市场优化配置资源;另一方面要产业转型发展要求大力发展新产业、新技术,促进产业升级。供给侧结构性改革是金融资产管理公司加快转型的重要契机。在对供给侧结构性改革背景下金融资产管理公司业务基本现状进行分析基础上,针对其中的问题提出对策建议,建议金融资产管理公司从强化传统金融不良资产主业优势、关注问题机构重组业务,转型大投行方向、调整客户结构、创新不良资产经营模式、发挥平台协同作用、加强与政府的合作等方面加快转型支持供给侧结构性改革。本文的结论将对金融资产管理公司助力供给侧结构性改革,同时完善自身的经营管理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In the context of supply-side structural reform, how can financial asset management companies exert their own functional advantages and further fulfill their social responsibility to maintain financial stability, optimize resource allocation and promote economic development? It is of great practical significance to provide support for structural reform on the supply side. This is not only the implementation of the national economic work deployment with practical action, but also the inherent requirement of the financial asset management company to realize the transformation and development under the new background. In this context, this paper attempts to comb the domestic and foreign literature on the supply-side structural reform, analyze the connotation of supply-side structural reform concept, theoretical basis and its inevitability. This paper expounds the significance of supporting supply-side structural reform by financial asset management companies, and puts forward some policy suggestions on supporting supply-side structural reform on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the present business situation and difficulties of financial asset management companies. In this paper, the management of financial asset management companies under the background of supply-side structural reform will be deeply studied. By using the methods of literature research and enterprise investigation, this paper systematically expounds the relevant concepts, combs the relationship between financial asset management companies and supply-side structural reforms, and analyzes the business cases of financial asset management companies. Thus, this problem is comprehensively discussed. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and inevitability of supply-side structural reform, and expounds the influence of supply-side structural reform on financial asset management companies from the point of view of the consonance between financial asset management companies and supply-side structural reforms. On the one hand, the supply-side structural reform needs the financial asset management companies to exert their unique advantages, on the other hand, the supply-side structural reform also provides new opportunities and challenges for the financial asset management companies. From the existing studies, the business nature of financial asset management companies and the supply-side structural reform to maintain a high degree of agreement. The essence of supply-side structural reform is to return to the market and let the market to achieve the optimal allocation of resources through clearing. Through comprehensive reform, we should inject "living water" into the market, at the same time, eliminate "stagnant water" and let the market optimize the allocation of resources; on the other hand, the development of industrial transformation and development requires vigorously developing new industries, new technologies, and promoting industrial upgrading. Supply-side structural reform is an important opportunity for financial asset management companies to speed up the transformation. Based on the analysis of the basic business situation of the financial asset management company under the background of supply-side structural reform, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, and suggests that the financial asset management company should strengthen the main advantages of the traditional non-performing assets. Attention should be paid to the restructuring of problem institutions, the orientation of big investment banks, the adjustment of client structure, the innovation of management mode of non-performing assets, the development of platform synergy, and the strengthening of cooperation with the government to accelerate the transformation and support supply-side structural reform. The conclusion of this paper will provide some reference for financial asset management companies to help supply-side structural reform and improve their own management.
