陕西省农村金融发展对农民收入影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,农民收入问题成为关注焦点,农村金融发展是促进农民增收的重要工具,二者间的关系引起了学者的广泛关注。但是,目前对于农村金融发展与农民收入关系的研究大多是基于国家层面的且多是基于正规农村金融角度,基于地方层面和非正规金融角度的文献还较为少见。基于此,本文选择陕西省为研究区域,运用文献研究法和实证分析法,从正规金融和非正规金融两个角度研究其对农民收入的影响。首先阅读大量文献并对研究理论进行概述,包括对本文涉及到的农村金融以及农民收入等概念的界定和相关的农村金融以及农民收入理论的阐述;其次,通过搜集相关资料和实际调查,对陕西省农民收入情况和农村金融发展情况进行分析;再次,结合理论基础以及国内外研究动态,对本文提出相关理论假设,再对搜集的资料进行处理并选取指标,进而建立研究的指标体系;最后,在理论假设的基础上,选择并建立合适的计量经济学模型,对陕西省农村金融发展与农民收入进行实证分析,得出结论并提出针对性建议。通过研究,得出主要结论如下:(1)正规农村金融方面:正规农村金融发展各变量与农民收入之间存在长期协整关系,长期来看,农村金融发展效率和发展结构、农业现代化水平、农村劳动力就业结构以及政府财政支农力度对农民收入具有正向促进作用,而农村金融发展规模、农村固定资产投资以及农业生产资料价格却抑制着农民收入增长,总的来说,正规农村金融发展促进农民收入增长。正规农村金融发展与农民收入之间仅存在单向因果关系。(2)非正规农村金融方面:非正规农村金融发展各指标与农民收入存在长期均衡关系。非正规农村金融发展规模对农民收入存在抑制作用,而农村金融发展效率对农民收入有正向促进作用,农户投资比例、政府财政支农比率和农村劳动力就业结构等控制指标均促进农民收入增长,而农业现代化水平却阻碍农民收入提高,总的来看,非正规农村金融发展正向促进农民收入增加。非正规农村金融发展规模和效率均是农民收入的格兰杰原因,但农民收入却不是非正规农村金融发展的格兰杰原因。(3)陕西省正规农村金融和非正规农村金融的发展对农民收入有不同的正向贡献度,但是相比较而言非正规农村金融对农民收入的促进效应明显大于正规农村金融。基于以上结果以及分析,为陕西省农村金融发展以及提高农民收入提出了完善陕西省正规农村金融体系,扩大农村金融贷款规模、促进非正规农村金融合法化,加大非正规农村金融贷款规模、加大政府支农力度、加强农村劳动力就业结构转化的支持以及调整农村(户)固定资产投资等对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of farmers' income has become the focus of attention, rural financial development is an important tool to promote farmers' income, the relationship between the two has attracted extensive attention of scholars. However, most of the studies on the relationship between rural financial development and farmers' income are based on the national level and most of them are based on the formal rural financial perspective, and the literature based on the local level and informal financial perspective is still relatively rare. Based on this, this paper chooses Shaanxi Province as the research area, using literature research and empirical analysis to study the impact of formal finance and informal finance on farmers' income. First, reading a lot of literature and summarizing the research theory, including the definition of rural finance and farmers' income, and the related rural finance and farmers' income theory. Secondly, Through collecting relevant information and actual investigation, this paper analyzes the income of farmers and the development of rural finance in Shaanxi Province. Thirdly, combined with the theoretical basis and the domestic and foreign research trends, this paper puts forward the relevant theoretical assumptions. Finally, on the basis of theoretical assumptions, the author selects and establishes an appropriate econometric model, and then processes the collected data and selects the indicators, and then establishes the index system of the research, and finally, on the basis of theoretical assumptions, select and establish an appropriate econometric model. This paper makes an empirical analysis of rural financial development and farmers' income in Shaanxi Province, draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows: formal rural finance: there is a long-term cointegration relationship between the variables of formal rural financial development and farmers' income. In the long run, the efficiency and structure of rural financial development, the level of agricultural modernization, The employment structure of rural labor force and the government's financial support for agriculture have a positive effect on farmers' income, while the scale of rural financial development, the investment of rural fixed assets and the price of agricultural means of production inhibit the growth of farmers' income. Formal rural financial development promotes the growth of farmers' income. There is only a one-way causal relationship between the formal rural financial development and farmers' income. (2) informal rural finance: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the indicators of informal rural financial development and farmers' income. The scale of informal rural financial development has a restraining effect on farmers' income, while the efficiency of rural financial development has a positive effect on farmers' income. The ratio of government financial support to agriculture and the employment structure of rural labor force all promote the increase of farmers' income, while the level of agricultural modernization hinders the improvement of farmers' income. In general, the development of informal rural finance is positive in promoting the increase of farmers' income. The scale and efficiency of informal rural financial development are the Granger reasons of farmers' income. However, farmers' income is not the Granger reason for the development of informal rural finance.) the development of formal rural finance and informal rural finance in Shaanxi Province has different positive contributions to farmers' income. However, the effect of informal rural finance on farmers' income is obviously greater than that of formal rural finance. Based on the above results and analysis, this paper proposes to improve the formal rural financial system of Shaanxi Province, expand the scale of rural financial loans, and promote the legalization of informal rural finance for the development of rural finance in Shaanxi Province and the improvement of farmers' income. To increase the scale of informal rural financial loans, to increase government support for agriculture, to strengthen the support of rural labor force employment structure transformation, and to adjust rural (household) fixed assets investment and other countermeasures.
