互联网背景下消费金融的发展模式研究

【摘要】：2010年后,伴随着我国信息技术的快速发展以及互联网的普遍应用,互联网的普及度有很大提高,为消费金融的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,也为提升金融业的服务水平奠定了基础。消费金融市场不仅促进了居民消费,还在稳定经济增长方面发挥了积极作用。在互联网背景下,消费金融与互联网技术紧密结合,使得传统的消费金融产品从线下转到线上,并滋生出许多创新型的消费金融产品服务。文章通过论述互联网背景下消费金融的发展背景,对互联网金融的特点及模式进行了详细的梳理,进一步阐明互联网消费金融的发展现状,切实分析了互联网消费金融的发展趋势及所面临的问题,并在此基础上从建立有效的评级机构、实施分类监管;扩展融资的渠道、发挥市场作用;集合信息资源、加强授信的精准性;严格规制监管的法律体系、提升监管法律位阶等方面提出相应的对策,以促进其健康稳定的发展。
[Abstract]:After 2010, with the rapid development of information technology and the widespread application of the Internet, the popularity of the Internet has been greatly improved, which provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of consumer finance. It has also laid the foundation for improving the service level of the financial industry. Consumer financial markets not only promote consumer consumption, but also play an active role in stabilizing economic growth. Under the background of Internet, the close combination of consumer finance and Internet technology makes the traditional consumer financial products move from offline to online, and breed many innovative consumer financial products services. By discussing the development background of consumer finance under the background of the Internet, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics and patterns of Internet finance, and further clarifies the present situation of the development of Internet consumer finance. This paper analyzes the development trend of Internet consumer finance and the problems it faces, and on this basis, from the establishment of effective rating agencies, the implementation of classified supervision, the expansion of financing channels, the role of the market, the collection of information resources, Strengthen the accuracy of credit, strictly regulate the legal system of supervision, improve the legal rank of supervision and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote its healthy and stable development.
