外商直接投资对我国产业结构优化升级的影响分析

【摘要】：随着我国经济的飞速发展,外商直接投资在我国的发展也是突飞猛进的,“十二五”期间,我国引资规模比“十一五”期间增长了30%,并且变成我国经济发展无法忽视的一种影响因素,影响力度越来越大。与此同时,在全球范围内经济结构发生变革中,对于产业结构的优化升级,是我国经济发展到一定阶段的客观要求,它能够很好地反映一国的实际经济实力,并影响着未来该国的发展状况。从产业结构入手,对其进行优化升级已变成提高国际竞争力以及国际地位的重要手段。自1978年改革开放至今,产业结构的发展在我国取得了极大的飞跃,但是伴随着的一些棘手的问题还需要很大的改善,对于我们所期望的优化的状态还亟待改进。在我国,产业结构不均衡的问题日益升级,为了避免其进一步影响我国的经济发展,应对此加以重视。伴随着全球范围内经济开放强度愈演愈烈,我国与其他国的经济交往逐渐密切,国外注入我们的资金对于带动经济的增长发挥了至关重要的效果,通过使用外资来促使产业结构的改变调整到升级,以及经济的发展已经到了非常重要的时期。当前,我们所面临的最重要的实际瓶颈就是,在享受全球化提供的利益之时兼顾其消极影响。即发挥外资促进产业结构升级,推动我国与全球接轨的同时,减少它伴随着的各种阻碍。“十三五”期间,我国将会把全面深入的对结构进行调整作为发展的重点,振兴实体经济,把习主席的供给侧改革落到实处,培育壮大新兴产业时还要对传统产业的升温回暖加以重视。但是2008年金融危机后,投资环境相对处于低迷状态,有效的利用外商直接投资来调整我国的产业结构,对产业结构优化升级,是当前必须加以合理解决的重要事项。本文首先通过摘选国内外外商直接投资以及产业结构二者有关的基本理论进行简要概述,然后从四个方面具体地阐述其对产业结构调整发展至升级的效应影响。并结合两者的现状来探讨外商直接投资对产业结构产生影响的两个方面,即如何促进以及如何阻碍发展的。经过大量的规范分析后,对影响情况进行实证分析,来以此判断影响的效果大小。最后针对其中存在的问题提出利用外商直接投资优化和推动产业结构升级的切实可行的对策建议,从而提升产业的国际竞争力,促进经济又好又快的发展。第一板块,主要包括研究背景、意义,国内外文献综述,研究内容、方法,创新点及不足,以及外商直接投资和产业结构的相关理论,经整合上述概况为下述论述做好铺垫。第二板块,包括两个方面,外商直接投资对产业结构优化升级的效应分析,包括资本关联、产业关联、竞争及示范效应;外商直接投资与产业结构的现状以及如何作用的,分别阐述了两者的现状,然后对作用的方面进行具体论述。第三板块,实证分析,选取并整合中国统计年鉴2000-2015年外商直接投资额以及三大产业GDP所占总值的比重,运用Eviews 6分别针对上述数据做出单位根检验、协整分析及格兰杰检验,以此对前面的分析进行验证。第四板块,根据前几章的论述总结出外商直接投资提升我国产业结构的对策建议,包括:促进引资行业分布均衡,增加外资技术溢出效果,优化区位引资战略,技术创新带动产业结构调整。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the development of foreign direct investment in China is also advancing rapidly. In the period of "12th Five-Year", the scale of investment in China increased by 30% compared with that of "11th Five-Year", and became an influential factor that the economic development of our country could not be ignored. The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an objective requirement for the development of China's economy to a certain stage. It can reflect the actual economic strength of a country and influence the development of the country in the future. Since the reform and opening up in 1978, the development of industrial structure has made a great leap in China, but some of the difficult problems still need to be greatly improved. The state of the optimization we expect is still to be improved. In China, the problem of industrial structure imbalance is increasing, in order to avoid further impact on me. The economic development of the country should be paid attention to. With the increasing intensities of the economic opening up in the world, the economic exchanges between China and other countries are gradually close. The foreign injection of our funds has played a vital role in promoting the growth of the economy, and the industrial structure changes have been adjusted to the upgrade through the use of foreign capital. Economic development has reached a very important time. At present, the most important practical bottleneck we face is to take into account the negative effects of enjoying the benefits provided by globalization. That is, to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure to promote the integration of our country with the world, and to reduce the obstacles associated with it. During the "13th Five-Year", Our country will adjust the structure in an all-round way as the focus of development, revitalize the real economy, put the president's supply side reform into reality, and pay more attention to the warming up of the traditional industry when cultivating and expanding the emerging industries. However, after the 2008 financial crisis, the investment environment is relatively low and effective use of foreign businessmen. Direct investment to adjust our country's industrial structure and optimize the industrial structure is an important matter that must be properly solved at present. Firstly, this paper briefly outlines the basic theories related to the two parties of foreign direct investment at home and abroad and the industrial structure, and then concretely expounds the adjustment of industrial structure from four aspects. The effect of the expansion to the effect of the upgrading and the two aspects of the impact of FDI on industrial structure are discussed, that is, how to promote and how to impede the development. After a large number of normative analyses, the impact of the situation is empirically analyzed in order to determine the effect of the effect. Finally, the question exists. The paper puts forward the practical and feasible countermeasures to optimize and promote the upgrading of industrial structure by using foreign direct investment, so as to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry and promote the good and fast development of the economy. The first plate, mainly including the research background, significance, literature review at home and abroad, research content, methods, innovation and shortage, and foreign direct investment. And the related theory of industrial structure, through the integration of the above overview for the following discussion, the second plate, including two aspects, the effect of FDI on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, including capital association, industrial association, competition and demonstration effect, the current situation of foreign direct investment and industrial structure and how to function, respectively. This paper expounds the current situation of the two, and then discusses the aspects of the action. Third plate, empirical analysis, selection and integration of the proportion of the 2000-2015 year foreign direct investment in China's statistical yearbook and the gross value of the GDP in the three major industries, and using Eviews 6 to make the unit root test, co integration analysis and Grainger test for the above data respectively. This is to verify the previous analysis. The fourth plate, according to the previous chapters, summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for foreign direct investment to promote the industrial structure of our country, including: promoting the distribution equilibrium of the investment industry, increasing the effect of foreign capital technology spillover, optimizing the strategy of regional investment, and the technological innovation to drive the adjustment of the industrial structure.
