十八大以来的金融发展

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,全球经济金融形势发生了深刻变化。从国际看,世界经济处在危机后的深度调整期,国际金融市场波动加剧,地缘政治等非经济因素影响加大;从国内看,过去支撑经济高速增长的要素条件和市场环境发生明显改变,经济潜在增长率趋于下行,趋势性、阶段性、周期性矛盾相互交织,经济进入新常态,结构调整和动能转换任务艰巨,经济金融发展面临全新的问题和挑战。面对新的更加复杂的经济金融环境,以习近平同志为核心的党中央切实立足我国金融业发展实际,勇于实践,善于创新,不断深化对经济金融发展规律的认识,对当前经济金融形势作出科学而深刻的论断,以新思想引领新常态,以新理念指导新实践,以新战略谋求新发展,保持战略定力,牢牢把握经济发展的主动权,为新时期经济金融良性循环健康发展提供了思想指导和根本遵循。在党中央的坚强领导下,我国金融改革发展取得了新的重大成就,金融业保持快速发展,金融产品日益丰富,金融服务普惠性增强,金融改革有序推进,金融体系不断完善,人民币国际化和金融双向开放取得新进展,金融监管得到改进,守住不发生系统性金融风险底线的能力增强,金融治理的效能不断加强,水平不断提高。在中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会即将召开之际,本刊组织"十八大以来的金融发展"特别报道,通过权威声音、金融政策大事及经济金融发展数据三部分,系统反映党的十八大以来中国金融理念的发展创新、金融治理的丰富完善和金融业发展所取得的巨大成就。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, the global economic and financial situation has undergone profound changes. From the international point of view, the world economy is in a period of deep adjustment after the crisis, the volatility of international financial markets has intensified, and the influence of non-economic factors such as geopolitics has increased; from the domestic point of view, In the past, the factors and market environment that underpinned the rapid economic growth have changed markedly, and the potential growth rate of the economy has tended to be downward, trendy, phased, and cyclical contradictions intertwined with each other, and the economy has entered a new normal. The task of structural adjustment and kinetic energy transformation is arduous, and the development of economy and finance faces new problems and challenges. In the face of the new and more complex economic and financial environment, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, is firmly based on the reality of the development of our financial industry, has the courage to practice, is good at innovation, and constantly deepens the understanding of the laws of economic and financial development. To make a scientific and profound judgment on the current economic and financial situation, to guide the new normal with new ideas, to guide new practices with new ideas, to seek new development with new strategies, to maintain strategic stability, and to firmly grasp the initiative of economic development. The system reflects the development and innovation of Chinese financial concept, the rich perfection of financial governance and the great achievements made in the development of financial industry since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
