区域科技创新与科技金融系统协同演化的序参量分析

【摘要】：分析区域科技创新与科技金融系统的自组织特性,将科技创新产出能力、公共科技金融资金规模、市场科技金融资金规模确定为系统协同演化的序参量集合,建立区域科技创新与科技金融系统协同演化模型。基于黑龙江省科技创新与科技金融发展数据,运用协同学绝热消除法,识别出科技创新产出能力是黑龙江省科技创新与科技金融系统协同演化的序参量,由此提出相关发展建议。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the self-organizing characteristics of regional sci-tech innovation and sci-tech financial system, the output ability of sci-tech innovation, the scale of public sci-tech financial funds and the scale of market sci-tech financial funds are determined to be the set of order parameters of system co-evolution. The cooperative evolution model of regional sci-tech innovation and sci-tech financial system is established. Based on the data of science and technology innovation and science and technology finance development in Heilongjiang province and using the adiabatic elimination method of Synergetics, it is recognized that the output ability of science and technology innovation is the order parameter of the coordinated evolution of science and technology innovation and science and technology finance system in Heilongjiang province. Therefore, the relevant development suggestions are put forward.
