【摘要】：区块链技术作为新兴金融科技创新的典型代表,凭借其分布式、弱中介化等核心特征,引起国内外金融市场参与者的广泛关注,有望对金融市场基础设施产生变革性影响。尽管存在广阔的发展空间,区块链技术在实际落地过程中,仍面临着来自法律框架、商业模式、技术标准等多重挑战。从区块链技术的产生背景和主要特征出发,简要分析区块链技术在金融领域的应用优势、前景及存在问题,并提出相应合理化建议。
[Abstract]:As a typical representative of new financial science and technology innovation , block chain technology has caused extensive attention of participants in financial market at home and abroad , which is expected to have transformative effect on financial market infrastructure . In spite of the broad development space , the block chain technology still faces multiple challenges such as legal framework , business model and technical standard . From the background and main characteristics of block chain technology , this paper briefly analyzes the application advantages , prospect and existing problems of block chain technology in financial field , and puts forward some reasonable suggestions .
