金融发展对江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新的作用机制研究

【摘要】:战略性新兴产业是近年来国家经济发展的战略重心,培育和发展战略性新兴产业有利于国家在未来竞争中占据制高点,有利于提升国家核心竞争力,有利于打破外部技术垄断,为带动国民经济的高速发展打下坚实基础。江西省在国务院公布的七大战略性新兴产业的基础上,提出了具有江西省特色的十大战略性新兴产业,多年来努力提高战略性新兴产业技术创新能力,争取重大技术突破,力求在全国竞争中居于领先水平。然而金融发展是提高战略性新兴产业技术创新不可或缺的一个因素,金融发展通过要素投入量的增长、要素生产率的提高和自身产值的增长三个方面实现对战略性新兴产业技术创新的贡献。因此,本文的研究具有现实意义。首先,本文从发展现状出发,分析江西省战略性新兴产业的现实状况找到江西省的优势,深刻反省江西省战略性新兴产业发展与发达地区相比存在的劣势。构建江西省金融发展与战略性新兴产业技术创新的指标体系,利用超效率DEA模型从地区角度测度金融发展促进江西省战略性新兴产技术创新效率,并进行排序;再利用Malmquist指数分析法从十大战略性新兴产业角度进行效率分解;然后用三阶段DEA方法将影响效率测度的因素排除,测度金融发展促进江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新的真实效率值。其次,从柯布道格拉斯函数入手,将金融发展作为战略性新兴产业技术创新的影响因素引入到一般生产函数中,然后进行对数化处将模型理引申为线性模型,再将转换函数带入到线性模型中,进一步把线性模型深化为非线性模型,选择以金融发展规模、金融发展效率和政府支持作为转换变量,以江西省战略性新兴产业的创新产出为被解释变量,以劳动力、固定资本存量、科技投入为控制变量,利用面板平滑转换模型研究金融发展与江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新之间的非线性效应,搜索两者作用的最优区间,从而深入分析金融发展促进江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新的作用路径。最后,分别将以江西省各个地区之间相邻或不相邻为依据建立的邻接空间权重矩阵、以江西省各个地区之间的距离为基础建立的地理距离空间权重矩阵以及以江西省经济特征为基石建立的经济距离和人力资本空间权重矩阵,引入到空间计量模型中验证空间溢出效应,从而充分掌握金融发展提升江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新的作用机制。根据研究结果为江西省政府制定提高战略性新兴产业技术创新的政策提供实证依据。综上所述,本文立足于金融发展促进江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新效率,将影响效率测度的环境因素排除,力求真实的效率值,并运用面板平滑转换模型,以金融发展各个代理变量为转换变量,搜索金融发展促进江西省战略性新兴产业技术创新的最优作用区间,引入空间滞后项,研究空间技术溢出效应。
[Abstract]:Strategic emerging industries are the strategic focus of national economic development in recent years. Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries will help the country occupy the commanding point in the future competition, promote the core competitiveness of the country, and break the external technology monopoly. To drive the rapid development of the national economy lay a solid foundation. On the basis of the seven major strategic emerging industries announced by the State Council, Jiangxi Province has proposed ten strategic emerging industries with Jiangxi characteristics. Over the years, Jiangxi has worked hard to improve the technological innovation capability of strategic emerging industries and strive for major technological breakthroughs. Strive to take the lead in national competition. However, financial development is an indispensable factor to improve the technological innovation of strategic emerging industries. The improvement of factor productivity and the growth of its own output value contribute to the technological innovation of strategic emerging industries. Therefore, the study of this paper has practical significance. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of Jiangxi strategic emerging industries and finds the advantages of Jiangxi Province, and deeply reflects on the disadvantages of Jiangxi's strategic emerging industries compared with the developed regions. The paper constructs the index system of financial development and technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province and measures the efficiency of technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province from the regional perspective by using the super-efficiency DEA model. Then the Malmquist index analysis method is used to decompose the efficiency from the perspective of ten strategic emerging industries, and then the factors affecting the efficiency measurement are excluded by using the three-stage DEA method. Measure the true efficiency of financial development to promote technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province. Secondly, starting with Cobb Douglas function, the financial development is introduced into the general production function as a factor of technological innovation in strategic emerging industries, and then the logarithm of the model is extended to a linear model. Then the transformation function is introduced into the linear model, and the linear model is further deepened into the nonlinear model. The scale of financial development, the efficiency of financial development and the government support are selected as the conversion variables. Taking the innovation output of the strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province as the explanatory variable, taking the labor force, the fixed capital stock and the scientific and technological input as the control variables, The nonlinear effect between financial development and technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province is studied by using the panel smoothing transformation model, and the optimal interval between the two functions is searched. Thus, the paper analyzes the role of financial development in promoting technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province. Finally, the adjacent spatial weight matrix, which is based on the adjacent or non-adjacent regions of Jiangxi Province, will be established respectively. The spatial weight matrix of geographical distance based on the distance between different regions of Jiangxi Province, and the spatial weight matrix of economic distance and human capital based on the economic characteristics of Jiangxi Province. It is introduced into the spatial econometric model to verify the spatial spillover effect, so as to fully grasp the mechanism of financial development to promote the technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province. According to the results of the research, it provides an empirical basis for Jiangxi provincial government to formulate policies to improve the technological innovation of strategic emerging industries. To sum up, this paper bases on the financial development to promote the technological innovation efficiency of Jiangxi strategic emerging industries, excludes the environmental factors that affect the efficiency measurement, strives for the true efficiency value, and uses the panel smooth transformation model. Based on the agent variables of financial development, this paper searches the optimal range of financial development to promote the technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province, introduces the spatial lag term, and studies the spillover effect of spatial technology.
