小微企业融资问题的分析——基于浙江地市调研

【摘要】：浙江省经济发展活跃,以民营经济为主体的浙江小微企业快速发展,对于促进经济、社会和谐、就业保障等方面都发挥了重要的作用,然而融资问题一直是困扰和制约其发展的不利因素。小微企业数量大,发展快,对资金需求量很大但是由于他们的信息透明度低、治理结构简单、抵押资源短缺、生产不确定性大和经营风险难以控制等因素,很难在直接资本市场上融资,商业银行因贷款规模和风险等原因,也对其设置较高门槛,如果不在国家政策支持和约束下,小微企业的融资问题将极大阻碍其成长发展。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang's economic development is active, and the rapid development of Zhejiang small and micro enterprises, with the private economy as the main body, has played an important role in promoting economic, social harmony, employment security, and so on. However, the financing problem has been the unfavorable factor which perplexes and restricts its development. The number of small and micro enterprises is large, the development is fast, and the demand for funds is great. However, due to their low transparency of information, simple governance structure, shortage of mortgage resources, high uncertainty in production and difficult to control operating risks, etc. It is very difficult to finance in the direct capital market. Commercial banks also set a high threshold for the loan scale and risk. If not supported and restrained by national policies, the financing problems of small and micro enterprises will greatly hinder their growth and development.
