石家庄邮政公司代理个人金融业务经营战略研究

【摘要】:在邮政的诸多业务中,邮政代理个人金融业务收入已占据了石家庄邮政公司总收入的半壁江山,并呈逐年上升趋势,现已名副其实地成为邮政的“吃饭业务”、“生命线业务”。但是,在当前经济环境下,石家庄邮政公司对外面临利率市场化、互联网金融、客户理财意识逐渐增强、监管部门提高监管要求的新的市场环境,对内摒弃了以往靠高成本拉动及农村代办员政策带来余额的粗放式发展方式,开始经营、维护、开发客户。那么,在当前的形势下,如何找准目标客户,并制定出适合目标客户的发展战略,高品质的满足他们的金融需求及非金融需求,从而提高客户对邮政储蓄的忠诚度,提高代理个人金融业务收益,实现企业健康、持续发展,已经成为企业目前急需解救的问题。本论文结合石家庄邮政公司实际,通过PEST分析模型、波特五力模型来分析石家庄邮政公司代理个人金融业务的外部环境,通过石家庄邮政公司代理个人金融业务的资源和能力分析、SWOT分析来分析石家庄邮政公司代理个人金融业务的内部条件,并在此基础上,总结出石家庄邮政公司代理个人金融业务发展应采取差异化的经营战略,在石家庄及18个县城区将邮政网点打造成老年人放心、贴心的金融网点,在城乡结合处将邮政网点打造成外来务工人员暖心的、专业的金融网点,在农村将邮政网点打造成农民便利的、值得信赖的金融网点,并从提升营业人员服务形象、优化产品组合、渠道及有形展示、整合营销、规范服务流程五个方面设计出有效的战略实施路径,最后建议通过转变观念、提高人员素质、细化绩效考核办法、健全人员晋升机制、加强监管、倡导企业文化、建好职工小家等多项措施来保障战略实施。希望能尽快将本论文的研究成果应用到实际工作中,以促进石家庄邮政代理个人金融业务的发展,促进邮政企业良性、健康发展,同时也更好的服务百姓生活,助力地方经济发展。
[Abstract]:Among all the postal services, the personal financial business income of postal agency has accounted for half of the total revenue of Shijiazhuang Post Company, and has been increasing year by year, and has now become the postal "meal business". "Lifeline business". However, in the current economic environment, Shijiazhuang Postal Company is facing a new market environment in which interest rates are market-oriented, Internet finance and customer financial management are gradually strengthened, and regulatory authorities are raising regulatory requirements. The extensive development mode which used to rely on the high cost pull and the rural agent policy to bring balance has been abandoned, and the customers have been operated, maintained and developed. Well, in the current situation, how to find the target customers, and formulate a development strategy suitable for the target customers, to meet their financial and non-financial needs of high quality, so as to improve the customer's loyalty to postal savings. To improve the profit of personal financial business and realize the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises has become a problem that enterprises urgently need to save at present. Combined with the actual situation of Shijiazhuang Post Company, this paper analyzes the external environment of Shijiazhuang Post Company's agency personal financial business through PEST analysis model and Porter's five-force model. Through the analysis of resources and ability of Shijiazhuang Post Company acting personal financial business, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal conditions of Shijiazhuang Post Company acting personal financial business, and on this basis, It is concluded that Shijiazhuang Post Company should adopt the differentiated management strategy for the development of personal financial business, and build the postal network into a secure and intimate financial network for the elderly in Shijiazhuang and 18 county districts. In the urban and rural areas, the postal network will be built into a warm, professional financial network for migrant workers, and in the countryside, the postal network will become a convenient and reliable financial network for farmers, and the service image of the business personnel will be enhanced. Optimize product mix, channel and tangible display, integrate marketing, standardize service flow to design effective strategic implementation path. Finally, it is suggested to improve the quality of personnel and refine the performance appraisal method by changing ideas. Improve the personnel promotion mechanism, strengthen supervision, advocate corporate culture, and build a small staff family to protect the implementation of the strategy. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can be applied to the practical work as soon as possible in order to promote the development of the personal financial business of Shijiazhuang postal agency, to promote the benign and healthy development of postal enterprises, and at the same time to better serve the people's life. To boost local economic development.
