期限匹配、交易成本与农户意愿融资期限——来自山东省近万农户调研的证据

【摘要】：2014~2017年山东省普惠金融现状调研显示,大半农户未获得合意的融资期限。要提高农户的融资期限满意度,需要明确农户意愿融资期限的特征及其影响因素。农户意愿融资期限平均约为16个月,近80%的农户希望融资期限在半年以上,近一半农户希望在一年以上。本文以融资期限结构理论中的期限匹配假说及交易成本假说作为理论基础,采用有序Probit模型分析了影响农户意愿融资期限的因素。结果显示,在期限匹配假说下,家庭收入、融资生产性目的程度、当地支柱产业规模和是否为新型农业经营主体等变量对意愿融资期限有显著的负向影响,意愿融资数额变量有显著的正向影响;在交易成本假说下,抵押品影响程度评价变量对意愿融资期限有显著的正向影响,到市区或镇中心的距离通过影响意愿融资数额间接对意愿融资期限产生显著的负向影响。
[Abstract]:From 2014 to 2017, a survey on the current situation of Huihui Finance in Shandong Province shows that most of the farmers have not received the agreed financing term. In order to improve the satisfaction of farmers' financing period, it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of farmers' willingness to finance term and its influencing factors. The average duration of voluntary financing is about 16 months. Nearly 80% of the farmers want to raise funds for more than half a year, and nearly half of them hope for more than one year. Based on the term matching hypothesis and transaction cost hypothesis in the theory of financing term structure, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the duration of farmers' willingness to finance by using the ordered Probit model. The results show that, under the term matching hypothesis, the variables such as household income, the degree of productive purpose of financing, the scale of local pillar industries and whether they are new agricultural operators have significant negative effects on the term of willing financing. The amount of willing financing has a significant positive impact; Under the hypothesis of transaction cost, the degree of collateral impact evaluation has a significant positive impact on the term of willing financing, and the distance to the city or town center indirectly has a significant negative impact on the term of willing financing by influencing the amount of willing financing.
