人民币国际化进程中货币合作问题研究

【摘要】：自有货币以来,人类一直通过不同合作方式改良货币制度,使之有助于世界经济发展。随着中国经济持续快速发展,中国一方面加快了人民币国际化步伐;另一方面与各经济体展开密切合作。首先本文在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,阐述了国际货币合作的历史脉络及特点,发现在当前世界格局深刻变化的背景下人民币开展国际货币合作既面临机遇又受到很多制约因素,从而引出我国应该如何应对的思考。其次,从货币合作的视角,分析人民币国际化问题。一方面,分析了当前人民币国际化的进展和现状,了解了人民币国际化所采取的步骤和成果,并探讨了人民币国际化进程产生的影响,包括给当前主要世界货币带来的影响,通过这些影响进而促进人民币与主要世界货币之间进行合作;另一方面,分析了货币如何成为具有话语权的世界货币及其特性和困境,通过对现有国际货币的分析可以吸取其成功经验,在人民币国际化进程中发挥重要的指导作用,对于其存在的缺陷或不足,对人民币国际化也有非常重要的借鉴意义,从而联系人民币展开国际货币合作的实际,解释了制约人民币话语权提升的相关问题及出路,通过分析国际货币话语权,发现我们对于人民币参与国际货币合作应采取积极态度,可以通过对照现有国际货币所发挥的影响,提出人民币可以在金砖国家开发银行、亚投行、SDR等领域发挥作用,从而提升人民币话语权。最后,通过对以上问题的分析可以得出人民币国际化面临的问题主要可以归结为内外两大方面,并结合我国国情提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Since its own currency, mankind has been through different ways of cooperation to improve the monetary system, making it conducive to the development of the world economy. As China's economy continues to grow rapidly, China has accelerated the pace of internationalization of its currency, while working closely with economies. First of all, on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper expounds the historical context and characteristics of international monetary cooperation. It is found that under the background of the profound changes in the current world pattern, the RMB's international monetary cooperation is faced with both opportunities and many restrictive factors, which leads to the thinking of how to deal with it in our country. Secondly, from the point of view of currency cooperation, this paper analyzes the internationalization of RMB. On the one hand, it analyzes the current progress and current situation of RMB internationalization, understands the steps and achievements taken by RMB internationalization, and probes into the impact of RMB internationalization process, including the impact on the current major world currencies. Through these influences, the cooperation between the RMB and the major world currencies can be promoted; On the other hand, it analyzes how the currency becomes the world currency with the right to speak and its characteristics and difficulties. Through the analysis of the existing international currency, it can draw on its successful experience and play an important guiding role in the process of RMB internationalization. For its defects or deficiencies, it also has a very important reference to the internationalization of the RMB, thus connecting with the reality of the international monetary cooperation of the RMB, it explains the relevant problems and ways out that restrict the promotion of the right of the RMB to speak. By analyzing the right to speak in international currencies, we find that we should take a positive attitude towards the participation of RMB in international monetary cooperation. By comparing the impact of the existing international currencies, we can propose that the RMB can be used in the BRICS Development Bank and the AIIB. SDR and other areas play a role, thereby enhancing the right to speak RMB. Finally, through the analysis of the above problems, it can be concluded that the problems faced by RMB internationalization can be summed up into internal and external two aspects, and the relevant suggestions are put forward according to the situation of our country.
