供给侧改革下人民币汇率波动与经济政策不确定性研究

【摘要】：2016年我国宏观经济政策侧重点落在了以供给侧为主导的结构性改革上。经济政策的不确定性会加剧人民币汇率波动,反过来,人民币汇率波动能够导致政策的不确定性加剧。政府应当尽量保持宏观经济政策的稳定性和持续性,改变过去一贯重视总需求的管理模式,加大对供给侧方面的监控,调整供给侧结构,从而减轻经济下行压力,降低人民币汇率的异常波动。同时,应增加人民币汇率弹性,改革人民币汇率机制,健全完善金融外汇市场,深化"宽松为主、紧缩为辅"的供给策略,以坚定人民币国际化的自信力。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's macroeconomic policy focused on the supply-side structural reforms. Uncertainty about economic policy can exacerbate fluctuations in the yuan's exchange rate, which in turn can lead to greater uncertainty about policy. The government should try its best to maintain the stability and sustainability of macroeconomic policies, change the management model that used to attach importance to aggregate demand, increase the monitoring of the supply side, and adjust the supply-side structure so as to alleviate the downward pressure on the economy. The abnormal fluctuation of reducing the exchange rate of RMB. At the same time, we should increase the flexibility of RMB exchange rate, reform the mechanism of RMB exchange rate, perfect the financial exchange rate market, deepen the supply strategy of "loosening primarily and tightening as auxiliary", so as to strengthen the confidence of RMB internationalization.
