金融科技:发展、影响与监管

【摘要】：本文在分析金融科技的演变趋势和发展现状的基础上,对中美金融科技进行了比较,探讨了金融科技对金融与实体经济的影响,提出了相应的监管对策。研究结果表明:金融科技充分发挥了技术革新对金融的赋能作用,拓展了金融服务边界,让信用可量化、价值化,优化产品服务形态,改善客户体验,促进了实体经济的发展。我国应借鉴金融科技监管的国际经验,逐渐建立和完善金融科技监管框架,前瞻性地评估金融科技风险,建立动态风险预警体系,用科技手段监管金融科技,加强监管国际协作。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the developing trend and present situation of financial science and technology, this paper compares the financial science and technology between China and the United States, probes into the influence of financial science and technology on finance and real economy, and puts forward the corresponding supervision countermeasures. The results show that financial science and technology give full play to the enabling role of technological innovation to finance, expand the boundary of financial services, make credit quantifiable, value, optimize the form of products and services, improve customer experience, and promote the development of real economy. China should draw lessons from the international experience of financial science and technology supervision, gradually establish and perfect the financial science and technology regulatory framework, prospectively assess financial technology risks, establish a dynamic risk warning system, and supervise financial science and technology by means of science and technology. Strengthen regulatory international collaboration.
