移动支付对消费行为的影响研究:基于不同支付方式的比较

【摘要】：支付方式常常会影响到消费者的购买行为。本文通过实验方法,研究了现金支付、信用卡、蚂蚁花呗、支付宝以及微信支付等不同支付方式对消费者购买金额的影响。实证研究发现,移动支付能刺激消费,其中蚂蚁花呗能够明显刺激消费金额增长,而微信支付和支付宝支付对消费者购买的影响的差异不显著。根据研究结论,本文提出了鼓励移动支付发展、适度开发移动理财工具、加强风险管理等促进消费的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Payment methods often affect the purchase behavior of consumers. In this paper, the effects of different payment methods, such as cash payment, credit card, ant flower, Alipay and WeChat Pay, on the purchase amount of consumers are studied. Empirical research shows that mobile payment can stimulate consumption, among which ant flower can obviously stimulate the increase of consumption amount, while WeChat Pay and Alipay payment have no significant difference on consumer purchase. According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote consumption, such as encouraging the development of mobile payment, appropriately developing mobile financial management tools, strengthening risk management and so on.
