工商银行QZ分行私人银行业务发展研究

【摘要】：私人银行业务源于16世纪的瑞士日内瓦,目前在欧美发展模式已经十分成熟。在国内,私人银行业务不仅是商业银行的崭新领域,更拥有巨大的市场潜力。本文以工商银行QZ分行为例进行研究分析。首先分析了私人银行业务的起源和历史背景,私人银行业务在国内外的应用和研究现状,阐述了私人银行业务的基本理论体系及主要内容,以待工商银行QZ分行私人银行业务能得到更好的发展。首先,分析了私人银行业务的起源、历史背景及国内外的应用和研究现状,阐述了私人银行业务的基本理论体系及主要内容。其次,较为全面的分析工商银行QZ分行私人银行业务发展现状进行SWOT分析,并对国内外私人银行业务的一些经典经验案例进行分析。最后,针对工商银行QZ分行私人银行业务发展现状提出以下建议:完善考核机制;加大品牌影响力;开启全方位营销模式;加强人员培训,提高人员素质;优化客户管理系统;明确经营目标;完善互联网渠道,突出银行自身优势。
[Abstract]:Private banking originated in the 16 th century in Geneva, Switzerland, the current development model in Europe and the United States is very mature. At home, private banking is not only a new field of commercial banks, but also a huge market potential. This article takes ICBC QZ branch as an example to carry on the research and analysis. First of all, it analyzes the origin and historical background of private banking business, the application and research status of private banking business at home and abroad, and expounds the basic theoretical system and main contents of private banking business. In order to ICBC QZ branch private banking business can be better developed.
