城市地下公共空间复合式规划及人性化研究

【摘要】：随着时代的变迁,城市发展水平的提高,在生产动力和科学技术的不断拓展,社会与经济的融合给都市带来了深刻的巨变。中心城市空间愈发的变得紧张,导致生态不平衡,例如中心城市交通繁忙、人类生活娱乐空间拥挤、生态环境急剧恶化等。这一系列问题的呈现,都必须要通过合理利用城市空间来缓解整个生态空间,这样既可以充分满足土地资源匮乏的状态,又可以在中心城市未来建设改造中充当一个有利条件。未来城市空间发展不但要体现多元化,更要突出整体空间的系统化,使地上环境与地下环境层次立体交替,整合的所有因素来使空间复合化,广泛的改善城市公共空间的状态,避免单一化塑造城市空间,本文从城市公共空间的设计主题入手,利用复合式的方法进行合理的规划空间,并立体化制定设计要求,从单一的地上或地下到整合地上和地下的系统化设计,并其对整体的内部空间进行深入研究。在整个人文历史中发现,不同的国家对现有的地下空间开发都有不同程度的利用,利用较好的应该是国外的一些发达国家,尤其是公共空间利用地下环境的比较多。针对中国来讲,我们需要大力开发土地资源,在不危害到生态平衡的基础上,合理规划土地资源来使城市空间加大利用率,从而地下环境与地上环境协调发展。本篇论文首先针对城市公共空间的地下环境的现状及发展前景进行考虑,对城市空间中的地下环境进行复合式规划,研究其复合式规划所需要的因素及必备的条件,从而建筑内部的设计采用各个因素进行分析,提出人性化的考虑因素,对案例进行分析调查,整合缓解城市内部空间利用的矛盾,其最终研究成果也可以为今后城市地下公共空间的合理规划及建设提出实际性的建议。
[Abstract]:With the change of the times, the improvement of the level of urban development, the continuous expansion of production power and science and technology, the integration of society and economy has brought profound changes to the city. The central urban space has become increasingly tense, resulting in ecological imbalance. For example, the traffic is heavy in the central city, the human life and entertainment space is crowded, the ecological environment is rapidly deteriorating, and so on. All of these problems must be solved through the rational use of the urban space to alleviate the whole ecological space. In this way, we can not only fully satisfy the scarcity of land resources, but also serve as a favorable condition in the future construction and transformation of central cities. In the future, the development of urban space should not only embody pluralism, but also highlight the systematization of the overall space. This paper starts with the design theme of urban public space, which makes the above ground environment and underground environment alternate in three dimensions, integrates all the factors to make the space compound, improves the state of the urban public space extensively, and avoids the simplification of shaping the urban space, this paper starts with the design theme of the urban public space. Making use of compound method to carry on reasonable planning space, and making design requirements three-dimensional, from single ground or underground to integrated ground and underground systematic design, In the whole history of humanity, it is found that different countries have different degrees of utilization of existing underground space, and some developed countries should make better use of it. In particular, there are many underground environments used in public space. For China, we need to vigorously develop land resources and rationally plan land resources to increase the utilization rate of urban space on the basis of not harming ecological balance. Therefore, the underground environment and the aboveground environment develop harmoniously. Firstly, this paper considers the present situation and the development prospect of the underground environment of the urban public space, and carries on the compound planning to the underground environment in the urban space. This paper studies the factors needed and the necessary conditions for the complex planning, so that each factor is analyzed in the design of the building interior, and the humanized factors are put forward, and the case is analyzed and investigated. Integrating and alleviating the contradiction of the utilization of urban interior space, its final research results can also provide practical suggestions for the rational planning and construction of urban underground public space in the future.
