墙体垂直绿化对集装箱改造房热环境的影响研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展,由国内城市化进程加速推进引起的城市热岛效应所带来的问题逐渐凸显。通过绿色建筑技术来改善城市环境、改善建筑室内外热环境的需求越来越迫切。作为新兴的低碳绿色建筑技术,墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房逐渐走入了人们的视野。与被广泛研究和推广的屋顶绿化技术手段相比,有关建筑墙体垂直绿化对建筑物热环境的影响机制与效果的相关研究在研究深度和广度均较为局限,特别是墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房相结合的实验量化研究较少。本文结合深圳市墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房的发展现状,将墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房两种绿色建筑技术相结合,对实施了墙体垂直绿化的集装箱改造房与普通集装箱改造房的室内外热环境变化情况进行了长期实测量化对比实验研究。期望通过对比实验研究成果为深圳市的墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房的推广实施以及相关研究提供一定的参考借鉴。本文的相关研究内容和成果如下:整理分析了国内外有关墙体垂直绿化改善建筑热环境的相关研究与实际案例,对墙体垂直绿化影响建筑热环境的原理进行了分析与探讨。选取了深圳市国际低碳城绿色建筑试点项目之一的集装箱改造房为实验平台,深圳建筑科学研究院自主研发的新型壁挂式墙体垂直绿化为研究对象,设计了量化研究墙体垂直绿化对集装箱改造房热环境影响的各项对比实验。通过对比实验,量化研究了实施墙体垂直绿化的集装箱改造房与普通集装箱改造房在室外热环境、墙体隔热性能、室内热环境方面的区别。在此基础上,继续通过对比实验分类研究了墙体垂直绿化的种植朝向、植物种类、种植密度、布局方式等不同设计手法对改善集装箱改造房室内热环境所造成的不同影响,进一步分析探究了墙体垂直绿化实施过程中的设计策略和注意问题。通过对以上实验结果整理分析得出结论:墙体垂直绿化对集装箱改造房的室外热环境、墙体隔热性能、室内热环境有明显改善效果;在进行墙体垂直绿化的设计过程中,通过分析基础环境和条件选取合理的种植朝向、绿化植物种类、种植密度以及布局方式可以更加有效地改善建筑物的室内热环境;在深圳地区将墙体垂直绿化与集装箱改造房相结合是一种符合可持续发展的理念的绿色建筑设计手法,可以更好地改善现代城市的生态环境和微气候,具有巨大生态效益及社会效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the problems caused by the urban heat island effect caused by the acceleration of domestic urbanization are becoming more and more prominent.It is more and more urgent to improve the urban environment by green building technology and to improve the thermal environment inside and outside the building.As a new low-carbon green building technology, vertical wall greening and container building gradually entered the field of vision.Compared with the widely studied and popularized techniques of roof greening, the research on the influence mechanism and effect of building wall vertical greening on the thermal environment of buildings is limited in depth and breadth.Especially, the experimental quantitative research on the combination of wall vertical greening and container renovation house is less.Based on the development of vertical wall greening and container renovation house in Shenzhen City, this paper combines two green building technologies, namely wall vertical greening and container renovation house.The changes of indoor and outdoor thermal environment of container retrofit room with wall vertical greening and that of ordinary container renovation room were studied by long-term quantitative comparison experiment.It is expected to provide some reference for the promotion and implementation of vertical wall greening and container renovation house in Shenzhen by comparing the experimental results.The related research contents and results are as follows: the related research and practical cases about wall vertical greening to improve the building thermal environment at home and abroad are analyzed and analyzed, and the principle that wall vertical greening affects the building thermal environment is analyzed and discussed.The container renovation room, which is one of the pilot projects of green building in Shenzhen International Low-Carbon City, is selected as the experimental platform, and the new wall vertical greening developed by the Shenzhen Institute of Architectural Sciences is taken as the research object.Various comparative experiments were designed to quantitatively study the effect of vertical wall greening on the thermal environment of container retrofit house.Through the comparative experiments, the differences between the container retrofit room and the ordinary container renovation room in outdoor thermal environment, wall heat insulation and indoor thermal environment were studied quantitatively.On this basis, through comparative experiments, the author continues to study the effects of different design methods, such as planting orientation, plant species, planting density, layout and so on, on improving the indoor thermal environment of the container retrofit room.The design strategies and problems in the implementation of vertical wall greening are further analyzed and discussed.Through the analysis of the above experimental results, the conclusion is drawn: the wall vertical greening can improve the outdoor thermal environment, the thermal insulation performance of the wall and the indoor thermal environment obviously; in the design process of the wall vertical greening,The indoor thermal environment of buildings can be improved more effectively by analyzing the basic environment and conditions, selecting reasonable planting orientation, greening plant species, planting density and layout.The combination of vertical wall greening and container renovation in Shenzhen area is a green architectural design method in line with the concept of sustainable development, which can better improve the ecological environment and microclimate of modern cities.It has huge ecological benefit and social benefit.
