一起在建高层建筑火灾事故的调查分析

【摘要】：介绍了一起在建高层外墙保温层火灾的事故调查,通过现场勘验、调查询问、现场指认等手段,认定起火原因为违章电焊滴落的焊渣引燃聚氨酯泡沫等可燃物蔓延成灾。分析火灾的灾害成因,结合事故调查过程,指出了火灾调查要加强部门之间的沟通协调。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the accident investigation of fire accident in building high - rise external wall thermal insulation layer . The causes of fire are determined by means of field survey , investigation and inquiry , site designation and so on . The cause of fire is determined as the spread of combustible materials such as welding slag ignition polyurethane foam dripping with violation of electric welding . The causes of fire disaster are analyzed , and the investigation process of accident is analyzed , and the communication coordination between departments should be strengthened .
