浅谈城市综合体项目施工阶段现场管理要点

【摘要】：随着国家城市化进程不断推进,单一的地产开发模式,已经远远不能满足现代市民居住生活要求,融合商业零售、酒店餐饮、商务办公、公寓住宅、综合娱乐五大核心功能为一体的城市综合体如雨后春笋。通过对2个大型城市综合体项目建设施工阶段,从专业角度出发进行归纳总结,对主要管理控制要点进行阐述。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, a single real estate development model has been unable to meet the living requirements of modern citizens, integrating commercial retailing, hotels and restaurants, business offices, apartment houses, etc.Comprehensive entertainment five core functions as one of the urban complex such as bamboo shoots.Through summing up and summarizing the construction stage of two large-scale urban complex projects from the professional point of view, the main management and control points are expounded.
