胶带运输机机罩风压特性风洞试验研究

【摘要】:通过刚性模型测压风洞试验测量了钢铁厂用于运输矿石等原材料的胶带运输机机罩在不同倾角工况下的表面风压时程,研究了内部节段和端部节段的平均风压、脉动风压和最不利风压分布规律。试验结果表明,内部节段和端部节段的平均风压和脉动风压分布具有一定的相似性。风向角对模型平均风压和脉动风压分布具有比较显著的影响,机罩倾角对其影响较小。端部节段的开口效应和三维绕流特性使其平均风压、脉动风压和最不利风压分布较内部节段具有显著的差异。端部节段的最不利风压系数较内部节段显著不利,最不利正负风压系数最大值分别是内部节段相应值的1.5倍和2.7倍。
[Abstract]:The surface wind pressure time history of belt conveyor cover used to transport ore and other raw materials in iron and steel plant was measured by rigid model pressure measurement wind tunnel test. The mean wind pressure of internal segment and end segment was studied.Distribution of fluctuating wind pressure and most unfavorable wind pressure.The experimental results show that the distribution of mean wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure in the internal segment and the end segment are similar to each other.The wind direction angle has a significant effect on the average wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure distribution of the model, and the inclination angle of the hood has little effect on the distribution of wind pressure and pulsating wind pressure.The distribution of mean wind pressure, pulsating wind pressure and the most unfavorable wind pressure in the end segment is significantly different from that in the internal segment due to the opening effect of the end segment and the characteristics of the three-dimensional flow around the end segment.The most unfavorable wind pressure coefficient of the end segment is significantly less than that of the inner segment. The maximum value of the most unfavorable positive and negative wind pressure coefficient is 1.5 times and 2.7 times of the corresponding value of the internal segment, respectively.
