The parameters in the three forms of 3factorClass Ⅱnested CES production function were estimated in an econometric way , using the time series data from Chinese Statistic Yearbook . After the comparison analysis of the estimated results , a feasible production function is ob tained and can be used in the obj ected CGE model .
