【摘要】：正主持人导语(中国人民大学统计学院教授高敏雪)OECD常被称为富国俱乐部,成员国主要以发达国家为主。与此相对应,其成员国的政府官方统计建设是比较健全发达的。凭借于此,0ECD得以与联合国、欧盟委员会、国际货币基金组织、世界银行一起,成为联合制订统计国际规范的主要国际组织,所发布的官方统计国际规范如《国民经济核算体系》、《国际服务贸易统计手册》、《综合环境经济核算》等,对各国政府统计的标准化和规范化、促进发展中国家政府统计建设发挥了重要作用。同时,OECD独立制订的一些统计规范在全球各国也有广泛影响,其中最突出的是《外国直接投资基准定义》,2008年已经发布第四版,是各国进行FDI统计依据的基本方法文献。

At the same time, a number of statistical norms independently developed by the OECD have a wide range of implications for countries around the world, the most prominent of which is the benchmark definition of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), which was released in 2008 in version 4th. It is the basic method literature of FDI statistical basis in various countries.
