尾矿库在线监测预警系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近些年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,安全生产事故时有发生,安全生产环境不容乐观。尾矿库是金属矿山企业的必要生产设施,但也是安全生产的重大危险源之一,尾矿库投产后一旦发生事故,就会给周围的居民生命和财产安全造成巨大损失。保证尾矿库运行安全是尾矿库管理的核心,本文根据白银有色集团股份有限公司对其尾矿库安全管理和消除尾矿库安全隐患的需要,结合国家安全生产监督总局文件规定,设计和开发了这套尾矿库在线监测预警系统。论文首先介绍了项目的研究背景和意义,同时阅读了一些国内和国外人员对尾矿库监测技术的研究近况。通过前期与白银公司业主进行沟通和交流,详细分析了系统的设计需求,编写系统需求。根据系统需求,编写系统总体方案设计,确定了系统的监测内容和精度。再将系统总体方案设计进行分解,整理出系统详细设计方案,系统采用分级模块化构架,包括前端硬件采集系统和后台数据管理中心。前端硬件采集系统分布在尾矿库各个监测区域内,通过串口服务器,用网线或光纤等方式,将各个监测点数据传送给数据管理中心;数据管理中心设在厂区机房,将前端采集到的数据进行存储和解析,通过网页访问系统进行数据展示、查询、统计等,对于超标数据在系统中弹出消息和发送短信进行预警。论文还详细阐述了监测设备的类型和安装位置,软件的各个模块的功能设计以及整个系统的数据流和数据库模型。最终,系统完成了白银尾矿库的实时在线监测和预警的设计目标,并已交付白银公司使用。系统经过一段时间软硬件的联调,业主进行试运行和验收后的运行表明,白银尾矿库在线监测预警系统整体运行稳定,监测数据准确、完整,视频清晰,报表直观,能对潜在的危险进行及时预警,保证了白银尾矿库的安全、稳定运行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, accidents of safe production occur from time to time, and the safe production environment is not optimistic. The tailings reservoir is the necessary production facility for metal mining enterprises, but it is also one of the major dangerous sources of safety in production. Once the tailings reservoir is put into production, it will cause huge losses to the residents' lives and property safety. To ensure the operation safety of the tailings reservoir is the core of the tailings reservoir management. According to the needs of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co., Ltd. for the safety management of its tailings reservoir and eliminating the hidden dangers of the tailing pond, this paper combines the documents of the State Administration of Safety production Supervision, This online monitoring and early warning system is designed and developed. Firstly, the research background and significance of the project are introduced. At the same time, some domestic and foreign personnel have read the recent research situation of tailing reservoir monitoring technology. Through the communication and communication with the owner of Baiyin Company in the early stage, the design requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and the system requirements are compiled according to the system requirements. The overall scheme design of the system is written, and the monitoring content and precision of the system are determined. Then, the overall scheme design of the system is decomposed, and the detailed design scheme of the system is sorted out. The system adopts a hierarchical modular framework. Including front-end hardware acquisition system and backstage data management center. The front-end hardware acquisition system is distributed in every monitoring area of tailings reservoir, through serial port server, using network cable or optical fiber, etc. The data management center is located in the computer room of the factory area, where the data collected by the front end are stored and analyzed, and the data are displayed, queried, counted and so on through the webpage access system. This paper also describes the type and installation location of the monitoring equipment, the function design of each module of the software, the data flow and database model of the whole system. The system has completed the design target of real-time on-line monitoring and early warning of Baiyin tailings reservoir, and has been delivered to Baiyin Company for use. After a period of time, the system has been combined with software and hardware, and the owner has run after trial operation and acceptance. The on-line monitoring and warning system of Baiyin tailings reservoir is stable, accurate, complete, clear video, intuitive report forms, can timely early warning of potential dangers, and ensures the safe and stable operation of Baiyin tailings reservoir.
