某型万能式断路器可靠性研究

【摘要】:万能式断路器是低压配电系统中最重要的一种元器件,其功能是在低压配电系统发生过流、短路、不平衡、过电压、欠电压等各种异常情况时能及时地将故障电路断开,以保护整个配电回路和用电设备不被故障电流的动热性能和介电性能所损坏。万能式断路器的可靠性对整个低压配电系统的可靠运行来说非常重要,对其可靠性进行研究具有较高的社会价值和经济价值。本文根据该产品的相关标准和使用场合的相关要求分析其主要的失效模式,确定了可靠性考核指标为机械操作故障率与保护成功率。同时,根据某型号万能式断路器的故障统计结果,发现操作机构故障、抽屉座摇重问题和二次接线端子烧损是可靠性分析改进的重点,并对这三种主要失效模式进行了可靠性分析研究。本文确定了万能式断路器可靠性试验方案,明确了试验参数、试验指标、试验环境条件、试验周期、试验设备等。通过对万能式断路器工作原理的分析,分别从机械操作应力纬度、环境影响应力纬度、介电性能应力纬度三方面来确定了可靠性试验方法,并将上述要求编制成可靠性测试规范,为改进和提高万能式断路器可靠性提供了依据。本文比较了多种万能式断路器可靠性测试设备。着重介绍了二次端子接通分断能力可靠性试验装置原理和结构,利用上述试验装置进行了可靠性试验,对试验过程进行记录和分析。通过对可靠性试验数据进行分析,发现了影响产品可靠性的主要问题:操作机构拒分、抽屉座摇重和二次接线端子接通分断能力不可靠。通过数据统计和分析,找出了提高可靠性的方法和措施。本文通过对某型号万能式断路器的可靠性研究,不仅提升了该型号产品的可靠性,实现了可靠性增长,而且编制了万能式断路器可靠性测试规范,为今后其它型号万能式断路器明确了可靠性测试的内容和要求,使其更能满足企业的要求。
[Abstract]:Universal circuit breaker is one of the most important components in low voltage distribution system. Its function is to break the fault circuit in time when over current, short circuit, unbalance, overvoltage, undervoltage and other abnormal conditions occur in low voltage distribution system. The reliability of the universal circuit breaker is very important for the reliable operation of the whole low voltage distribution system, in order to protect the whole distribution circuit and the electrical equipment from being damaged by the dynamic thermal and dielectric properties of the fault current. It is of high social and economic value to study its reliability. At the same time, according to the statistical results of the failure of a certain type of universal circuit breaker, the fault of the operating mechanism is found. The problem of shaking weight of drawer seat and the burning loss of secondary connection terminal are the key points of reliability analysis and improvement, and the reliability analysis of these three main failure modes is carried out. In this paper, the reliability test scheme of universal circuit breaker is determined, and the test parameters are defined. Test index, test environment condition, test period, test equipment, etc. By analyzing the working principle of universal circuit breaker, the stress latitude of mechanical operation and environment influence stress latitude, respectively, The reliability test method is determined from three aspects of dielectric properties stress latitude, and the above requirements are compiled into reliability test specifications. In this paper, the reliability test equipment of various universal circuit breakers is compared, and the principle and structure of reliability test device for secondary terminal switching capacity are introduced emphatically. The reliability test was carried out by using the above test device, and the test process was recorded and analyzed. Through the analysis of the reliability test data, the main problems affecting the reliability of the product were found: the operating mechanism refused to divide, The shaking weight of drawer seat and the breaking capacity of secondary connection terminal are not reliable. Through statistics and analysis of data, the methods and measures to improve reliability are found. The reliability of a certain type of universal circuit breaker is studied in this paper. It not only improves the reliability of this type of product and realizes the reliability growth, but also compiles the reliability test specification of the universal circuit breaker, and clarifies the content and requirements of the reliability test for other types of universal circuit breaker in the future. To make it more able to meet the requirements of the enterprise.
