长三角城市群汽车企业的空间集聚与发展绩效

【摘要】:汽车业是典型的全球商品链生产者驱动型产业,包括设计研发,原材料供应、零部件制造、整车生产、组装等生产环节和汽车销售、汽车维修等一系列服务环节,在国家经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。2014年国务院发布的《关于依托黄金水道推动长江经济带发展的指导意见》和2016年国家发改委发布的《长江经济带创新驱动产业转型升级方案》均提出要打造世界级集群,其中培育世界级汽车产业集群是其目标之一。长三角城市群作为辐射带动长江经济带发展的龙头区域,汽车产业基础优势明显、实力雄厚,理应朝着建设世界级汽车产业集群的目标迈进。2016年国家发改委发布的《长江三角洲城市群发展规划》提出将长三角城市群打造为世界级城市群的目标,并将汽车产业作为主导产业来实现关键领域的创新突破。世界级城市群建设的核心要素在于产业,而培育世界级的汽车产业集群需要城市群作为空间载体。在建设世界级城市群和世界级产业集群战略耦合叠加的背景下,本文研究长三角城市群汽车企业空间集聚特征、分析空间集聚与发展绩效之间的关系,提出汽车企业空间格局优化策略,提升汽车产业集群发展的效率就显得至关重要。基于上述分析,本文在国内外点-轴系统、集聚经济等经典理论和研究成果的基础上,以长三角城市群汽车企业为研究对象,首先,对汽车企业样本进行了描述性分析;其次,采用最邻近点距离法、核密度估计和Ripley's K函数分析法,从不同视角分析长三角城市群汽车产业发展的多重时空演变特征;再次,主要通过计量模型,定量刻画长三角城市群汽车企业空间集聚与发展绩效之间的关系,探究集聚经济对长三角城市群汽车企业发展绩效的影响;最后基于上述分析,提出了本研究的主要结论和政策启示,并阐述了今后需要进一步深入研究的方向和关键问题。本文的研究表明:(1)长三角城市群不同种类汽车企业数量差异悬殊,汽车企业类别中汽车零部件及配件制造企业占据绝对优势;汽车企业主要分布在省会城市及其它经济实力较强的区域,城市之间企业数量差异十分显著。(2)汽车企业总体上呈现显著的凝聚型分布模式,在空间上的分布整体上呈现出"1+7"多核心和"M"型集聚格局。(3)2000-2013年,长三角城市群汽车企业的空间集聚格局呈现出先极化再均衡的演变态势,核密度分析显示城市群内汽车企业空间格局形态经历了零星集聚-空间集聚格局雏形—连绵集聚区三个重要阶段;汽车企业集聚规模逐渐呈不断扩大趋势,而集聚强度先升后降。(4)集聚经济影响汽车企业的发展绩效,城市化经济与地方化经济对汽车企业发展绩效的作用方向和程度存在显著差异;集聚经济对汽车企业发展绩效的影响与汽车企业本身所处的分位点有关。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is a typical global producer-driven commodity chain industry, including design and development, raw material supply, component manufacturing, vehicle production, assembly and a series of service links such as automobile sales, automobile maintenance, etc. It plays an important role in the national economic development. In 2014, the State Council issued the "guiding opinions on relying on the Golden Waterway to promote the Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt" and in 2016, the State Development and Reform Commission issued the "Yangtze River Economic Belt Innovation driven production". The industry transformation and upgrading programs both propose to build world-class clusters, One of its goals is to cultivate a world-class automobile industry cluster. The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, as a leading region in the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, has obvious basic advantages and strong strength. In 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Yangtze River Delta Urban agglomeration Development Plan" put forward the goal of making the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration into a world-class urban agglomeration. And take the automobile industry as the leading industry to realize the innovation breakthrough in the key field. The core element of the construction of world-class urban agglomeration lies in the industry. The cultivation of world-class automobile industry cluster needs urban agglomeration as space carrier. Under the background of strategic coupling and superposition of constructing world-class urban agglomeration and world-class industrial cluster, this paper studies the spatial agglomeration characteristics of automobile enterprises in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. It is very important to analyze the relationship between spatial agglomeration and development performance, put forward the optimization strategy of automobile enterprise spatial pattern, and improve the efficiency of automobile industry cluster development. On the basis of the classical theory and research results of agglomeration economy, taking the automobile enterprises of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as the research object, firstly, the sample of automobile enterprises is analyzed in a descriptive way; secondly, the nearest neighbor point distance method is adopted. Kernel density estimation and Ripley's K function analysis are used to analyze the characteristics of multiple temporal and spatial evolution of automobile industry development in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from different perspectives. The relationship between spatial agglomeration and development performance of automobile enterprises in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is quantitatively described, and the impact of agglomeration economy on the development performance of automobile enterprises in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is explored. The main conclusions and policy implications of this study are put forward, and the direction and key problems that need to be further studied in the future are expounded. The research in this paper shows that the number of different types of automobile enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration varies greatly. Auto parts and accessories manufacturing enterprises occupy an absolute advantage in the category of automobile enterprises, which are mainly located in provincial capitals and other regions with strong economic strength. There is a significant difference in the number of enterprises among cities. (2) the automobile enterprises generally present a significant condensed distribution pattern, and the spatial distribution presents a "17" multi-core and "M" pattern of agglomeration from 2000 to 2013. The spatial agglomeration pattern of automobile enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration presents a trend of first polarization and then equilibrium. The nuclear density analysis shows that the spatial pattern of automobile enterprises in urban agglomeration has experienced three important stages: sporadic agglomeration, embryonic form of spatial agglomeration pattern and continuous agglomeration area. The agglomeration intensity rises first, then decreases. 4) the agglomeration economy affects the development performance of automobile enterprises, and the direction and degree of the effect of urbanization economy and local economy on the development performance of automobile enterprises are significantly different. The influence of agglomeration economy on the development performance of automobile enterprises is related to the loci of automobile enterprises themselves.
